I had a wonderful stay at the marriott surat. From the moment i arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The Surat Marriott Hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and business centers. What stood out the most was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Despite being in a busy area, the Surat Marriott Hotel provided a peaceful and comfortable environment. I highly recommend the marriott surat for both business and leisure travelers. It offers great value for money with its quality accommodations and outstanding services.

Surat marriott is a very nice and calm property. So the check -in process was not pleasant, the executive jeet at the reception was little rude but the next day jay-deep at the reception undo the whole experience. Jay-deep is also a pleasant personality and helped me with local market sightseeing. Plus we got a room upgrade and i must admit the riverfront view room is mesmerizing. Also priyansh at the reception helped us quite well with room shifting. Food spread was yummylicious. Chef mukesh kumar was personally taking care and rohit from the team took care of my perfect coffee and everything at the table for breakfast and dinner. Thanks team marriott, surat for this amazing stay.

It was great & as well as expected. It is expensive no doubt - however it is in line with the services. The only con i can think of is, the location. Though it is river facing it is some distance inside the main road. On the last day of my stay - i experienced a small issue. When i entered the room in the evening - i found that the bathroom door mat wasn’t there. While i was thinking of calling housekeeping, the door bell rang & he asked me anything is needed and promptly put the mat in place. In the morning however, i had to call for shower cap. Small points - can be ignore. They used to keep the consumables including water bottles based on my consumption which was fair rnough.

This was my 1st maiden visit to city surat. Must admit i took a Surat Marriott Hotel with marriott surat & really impressed with the property location, food spread in the breakfast & took few meals in the coffee shop. The hygiene standards are maintained & happy staff serving clients with open smiles was indeed very refreshing. Keep up the good work.

The Surat Marriott Hotel amenities are excellent topped with excellent services and upkeep. Food including for breakfasts lunch and dinner is excellent available in many varieties catering to various tests

Stopped over for a night as a transit during a road trip with family. The location and neighborhood are great with wonderful views of the tap i river. Food was also good with friendly staff. Only advice is, if possible avoid valet parking cos for some reason the turn around time post checkout to get the car is reasonably high. Rest all is well.

Very good ambience and a very good stuff

The location of the Surat Marriott Hotel is perfect, being on the river side and away from main roads. Both restaurants are amazing and room service is super fast.

The stay was good, i love to stay in mariott, staff was cooperative, cleanliness was good. Over all it was great experience in surat mariott. Next time p leave give river facing view,

We stopped over at this Surat Marriott Hotel for an overnight stay. Good food with great views of the river. The breakfast spread was good. Only let down was the checkout and valet. The staff were a bit overwhelmed with a wedding on at that moment,

Hotel is fabulous staff is very polite and helpful breakfast is fantastic all is well and excellent i will recommend Surat Marriott Hotel. Location of Surat Marriott Hotel is also fabulous and great food is also excellent hygiene and safety is high standard overall grate experience

Really it is best in comfort i had taken dinner and it’s so tasty even though my cousin came for geneva and stayed in same Surat Marriott Hotel and he demanded surat food and immediately saif came and made according to their taste he loved it
