Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway

We (family of 4) checked in on 16 aug for a two day vacation. We were impressed by the warm and hospitality of the staff at vivanta it expressway chennai. The property is located in a prime area, however the ongoing metro construction and resulting traffic chokes the area outside. Swimming pool is well maintained, and the gym is awesome. The corridors are quiet and well maintained, and so are the room. The buffet breakfast was elaborate and sumptuous. They have enough staff members to help you with anything required. We also had our lunch and dinner at the property itself, and both were equally impressive. The spread has enough to cater to the taste buds of every foodie. The items were stocked quickly and staff would keep enquiring if anything needs to be tailored/customized as per our taste buds. I can confidently declare that the breakfast at vivanta it expressway is definitely among-st the best that i have ever had. Kudos to the management and staff for setting shining benchmarks in hospitality and customer service. This property is highly recommended.

It was a nice experience at vivanta as food was good and i have opted for buffet breakfast which was having multiple options for vegetarians but i want to suggest to include more varieties in breakfast especially for vegetarians. Regarding amenities the property having all of it for example spa, swimming pool, gym but unfortunately i couldn’t utilise swimming pool due to heavy downpour. I want to special mention housekeeping team in maintaining the rooms overall the property neat and tidy. I stayed here from 16to and 19 jun e 24 and it was memorable experience at vivanta my wife and kid enjoyed a lot and especially my kid enjoyed at snooker table. I strongly recommend to visit this property and make memorable one in this price where you get all the amenities and enjoyment, relaxation.

The stay at vivanta chennai was really pleasant. Review of staff at each level: 1. The reception staff were courteous and very helpful. All of them including achink, sweety, koyel, and roshni, were all wonderfully supportive. 2. The support staff like jamaal and others were very helpful. Chandan was also very helpful and ready to assist with everything. 3. Food was excellent and the staff there starting with their manager saravana, and all other staff were very nice. 4. Cleanliness: the Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway is clean and upto standard of taj level. It is well maintained and managed. 5. Location: situated close to it parks and roads around are getting remade due to the metro construction work.

I recently stayed at vivanta with my wife and child, and it was a fantastic experience. Truly Wonderful and Amazing stat. People were too good and ready to go far to ensure you get what uou need. I needed eary check to freshen up before leaving at 9 for my office. Room was not available so i was given their spa facility fully to freshen up , change and then outside the staff was waiting to again help me with luggage. Helped me to get quick breakfast and i was ready to leave for my office on time. Housekeeping guy- Swamy sir was beyond words helful. Once i said I would like to have small water bottles in my room as I would not be able to drink water from big glass bottles provided in the room nd he ensured I had that for the rest of my stay there. Just amazing staffs

The Stayvacation at Vivanta Chennai was great in all aspects. The reception with the garlands, made me say, I am welcomed here. The service from the Housekeeping, to in dine, till the duty manager arranging the requested TV channels , we're great. We did enjoyed the Billiards in the lobby throughout the day. Looking forward for another visit soon. my heartfelt appreciation to Sweety, Roshini ( Reception), Mamata, Pratima ( Spa), Mynk restaurant and in-dine, all staff, Dosa master for the crispy, tasty and variety Dosa, the Head-Chef for his specialty meals and on our request dishes.

The property is centrally located at the it hub of chennai. The food overall is good with special mention about the excellent breakfast buffet and the spread. The amenities are as per any star Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway, only the swimming pool needs attention as the flooring is wearing out. The service at the Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway is top class, the entire staff is very courteous and helpful, special mention goes out to the stewardess at the coffee shop who went out of the way to cheer up my aged father on wheelchair and make him smile.

I always prefer to stay at this property because of their kindness. The staffs are very good and take care of us.

Property is very vibrant and cosy. Restaurants mynt and sin deliver very good food. Bar, wink, is there but have not tried this time. As usual standard taj property. A very comfortable experience indeed.

Hotel was excellent and beautiful and conveniently located cleanliness ambience was perfect staff were polite and helpful food was very good and tasty and special mention of reception guys they were wonderful always ready to oblige your any request it was lovely stay at vivanta. _ thank you

I had an amazing experience in this Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway. The rooms and amenities were great and fun. Sometimes, the staff plays an important role in making the stay comfortable and here the staff members rohit, kavitha, prathiksha did an excellent job in providing everything that’s necessary.

I travel-led for an official visit to chennai. I stayed for 2 nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was nice

Great stay at vivanta. Must try buffet lunch and breakfast. Ac had an issue and was not rectified for almost the whole stay.

The stay in the Vivanta Chennai, IT Expressway was pleasant. I opted for the breakfast+1 meal. The buffet had a very good spread. Overall, i would recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay and spend time with family. The pool was nice and well maintained, my kids enjoyed a lot.
