I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property, which fell far below expectations. During my stay, I faced several issues: • There was no proper guidance about the location and the reception was often unattended. • The bathroom had water leakage, which made it very uncomfortable. • At night, neighbors were playing loud music, disturbing my rest. • Milk powder and tea sachets were not provided, and basic amenities were lacking. • Despite repeated requests, I still have not received the bill for my stay. Overall, the management seemed disorganized, and my concerns were not addressed promptly. Considering the higher charges, the quality of service was disappointing. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a partial refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused, as this experience did not meet the standard I usually expect when booking I look forward to your prompt response. Care Taker's Behavior is Terrible. He is so rude. There is so many rats in that room because of that I couldn't sleep whole night.

We came to the property exactly at 13:00 but not a single person was there to attend, plus we waited for more than an hour for our room to get ready, there was no coordination at all

room was pathetic with zero cleanliness. condoms lying on floor, cigarette buds..bedsheets with hole . all cushions dirty as he'll...switch boards broken and hanging. walls full of Seeman. dirtiest balcony.

Rooms were terrible . Service was terrible

AC and TV remotes were not available, bathroom lock was all broken, room was dirty, no amenities were provided.

This was the worst room i ever booked and it has happened not for the first time, but for the third time consecutively this has no cleaning no washing everywhere is dirt. Everything is not working and electrical appliances are not working. It’s pretty ugly.

It was a one day comfortable stay after a long journey. It is a spacious studio apartment, good infrastructure, and the washroom was clean. Recommended place to stay

Very bad experience, no fresh towel, no toiletries, flush not working, washbasin tap broken, not repaired in spite of repeated complaints. Sorry for next time.

the place was very dirty and it had no locks on the door. we literally had to switch 3 rooms to find a room which was habitable. dirty washroom, dirty sheets and pillow cover, dirty duvets. extremely poorly managed property 😕
