it was nice stay, we did not had food because it was not pure veg. it is little far from market area and far from ritraj hotel (pure veg) to have food.

Location of the property is very good. Awesome view of the lake. Very good hospitable behavior of the staff.

Property is pathetic not at good to stay.

The hotel was good but rooms were not maintained well, there were water logging in washroom and main door and bathroom door lock was also not working properly and bedding was very basic.

The hotel's location is very good, very scenic view of bhimtal. Stay was wonderful, food is also good ( shahi paneer was gr8, though sambhar was bit oily). Very polite staff, room service is also good. Special thanks to the staff at reception: gaurav ji, sonali & suraj. Cons: hotel is at a height, so elderly people may have trouble. Rooms with gr 8 view are at second and third floor but there is no elevator. If they put a lift too, it's a 4 star hotel. But we enjoyed the stay.

Hotel is neat and clean. But their geyser line was broken during our stay. So no hot water and intercom became dead. No lift.

Location is good, food is good. But rooms are very small. No fridge. No games were available as shown in the images. When asked that said it was under maintenance. Pool table will be chargeable as per them. Overall average stay.

There was dirt all over the hotel with people doing construction work. Room shown to us was very small and did not matching our criteria. We chose not to stay there. I did not stay there because of dirt. I expect money should be refunded.

Great stay in a property which is perfectly on the lake. The location is superb, rooms neat and clean with all amenities. Tasty food and great service.

Its a good stay the staff is good and cooperative. The food is really good tastes like homely at a good location just opposite to the lake nice view with mountains, rising sun and sunset too. Feels really awesome. Hip hip hurry to make my trip.

Location and food is good however the basic hygiene is lacking. I stayed 2 nights and they didn't bother to call you for cleaning the room for 2nd day or clean up the dustin.

Hotel and location were nice. Rooms were neat and clean. Service was nice. They could some what more to make it much better, like sleepers were not provided in such cool weather.

I did not stay on the hotel as it was unclean. The pathways specially were unhygienic. The hotel staff did not refund any money to me. It was the worst experience of booking.
