The deign and location of the restaurant is mesmerising one has to be present to enjoy the beauty of it. I would like take our server Mr. Bishu for and making a delightful experience at the restaurant. Service: What truly distinguishes The Tamara is its exceptional service. The entire staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, consistently went above and beyond to meet our every need. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and eagerness to assist with any request made our stay even more memorable. 5. The atmosphere at tamara was absolutely serene & mist added to the beauty of this well maintained resort. Right from the entrance when they serve you this jaggery black coffee & till the time the buggy takes you to the room the welcome to the resort give you a feeling of things to home during your stay. The platter of veg as we are all vegetarians is quite extraordinary not to talk about the desserts & sweets. The activities around the resort be it plantation trial, indoor heated swimming pool, coffee trail, trek of 3 kms & 8 kms, rudraksha / cardamoms trail are all extraordinary activities & add to your stay in the resort. The icing on the cake is the plantation walk with blossom to brew coffee ending with cup robusta / arabic coffee is greatly relishing. The verandah was a erstwhile labour quarters of 165 yrs old & adds to the beauty of this superbly maintained resort. Three cheers to concept, execution & implementation of this once in a life time stay at this resort !

We had an excellent stay at this breathtakingly beautiful property, all parameters exceeded the expectations. The property itself is picturesque, room and dinning tastefully appointed and comfortable. Room service prompt and professional. Cleanliness and hygiene stringent and reassuring. Most importantly the staff and managers were extremely warm and extended word class hospitality in every aspect. The service was top notch, personalized, touching and caring in unobtrusive spot on delivery. All in all everyone at the The Tamara Coorg ensured we had a comfortable stay and take back lovely memories. Sajan and team at front desk were very welcoming and took care of all requests, sudhir, naveen, manjunath, inf-act all in restaurant were delightful and really looked after us well! outstanding plantation walk and coffee brewing session by madan and pa-vi at spa was great too! we highly recommend this The Tamara Coorg, its a must visit!

Staff is never found without a mask. Restaurant staff even got gloves and shields on them. They themselves kept away as a social distancing measure. They followed the covid standards all along and they were really polite about it! location: nothing can be more mesmerising than residing on a cliff in a luxury room overlooking hill that has dense forest! stay is amazing, a must visit! food: the chef there is really skilled, we never repeated any food during our 3 nights there, we tried different cuisines and all of them were best in their category! service: that's something which adds to the luxury of the stay. Every single person in staff is just ready to help, and they are very polite. All the services provided by them were timely and orderly in manner, and it made everything so pleasant.

Tamara is a true gem among luxury resorts. The combination of excellent rooms, awesome views from the deck, good food, and the most outstanding service from all types of staff, make it an unforgettable destination for a perfect getaway. They provide some activities, the plantations tour was okay but (small) trek is) was really good. I am looking forward to the long trek maybe in the next visit. Few things could be better, eg. The ambience of room was very basic, didn't match a 5star stay. There are very limited options of activities provided by the resort. They should add more options (maybe paid but give more choices) overall, i wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a serene and indulgent retreat. It has exceeded my expectations.

We booked a luxury cottage for 2 days. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The moment u enter tamara, the way every single person greets u feels really special. Than welcome at the reception with the jaggery coffee, a different experience. The property is really a nice place to relax in the midst of nature. The wooden cottages are beautifully designed and d way they hv uplifted all without cutting trees is really amazing. The activities like plantation tour, coffee making, trekking etc all good. We booked a candle light dinner. And the way they made arrangements, it has made our day very very special and memorable. I really want to come here again and hv a gr 8 time. Spent 2 nights at this beautiful property with my husband. The property is fabulous and staff is extra-nice. Rooms and common area were properly sanitised and regularly cleaned. The buffet arrangements were super with food being served by staff, thereby minimising contact. No staff entered the cottages due to safety protocols. Masks and sanitisers were available at frequent distance. They made my birthday celebration super special and chef took very good care of my food allergies. It was the best holiday we have had in india. Totally worth the higher tariffs. Special mention to food and services by chef naveen and dinesh from f&b

Located on a hill-top amid-st coffee and cardamom plantation. Picturesque property, with each villa built like a tree house on the valley/river-side of the hill. Very good activities to keep you busy during the stay. Very well stocked bar and restaurant with awesome food. Didn't need to step out of the property for the duration of the stay.

Amazing stay & food - would love to come back again

Tamara is a natural oxygen cylinder due to diversity of vegetation. Our 2 days stay makes us to rejunivate to our younger age. All the facilities are simpli superb.

We were looking from long for such resort in indie and finally found the one. We came at the end of moon soon but it was amazing. So relaxing, pleasant, cozy stay i never had ever in my life. Hotel is super cool, staff is very kind and attentive, very helpful, very quick and precise. Cleaned big cozy room facing the hills. I advise the resort to everyone, it worth every ripper spent. Will definitely will come again there.
