Room was in pathetic condition. Seepage and smell in room. GM of property was nice and co operative. After request, she changed the room. Food quality was average.Rating of resort was mentioned 4 star. But seems to be around 2.5 star

Property is not maintained, the in room dining is expensive compared to any 3-4 star hotel and the quantity is not sufficient for a adult. Rooms are spacious but not maintained properly like you will see spider webs and lizards for sure inside the room as well not only outside. Wifi doesn’t work in most of the rooms hence dont rely on. Housekeeping takes half an hour to an hour just to bring water ( chargable) or iron. And food takes forever to arrive even at the meal times.

food was good, swimming pool was very dirty, and many people who was staying in restort they was openly drinks alcohol on the swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ 🥽 , it's was very disturbing 😳

It was a horrible experience staying with this property. Below average room with no cleanliness, no room dine in support, reception staff was very rude and unprofessional, no one from kitchen was picking phone for taking room dine in order, when I rush to reception for a complaint Mr Anil tried to help but food that we got in our room was horrible and uncooked, it’s a below average property in below average area ( very far away from main Jim Corbett and main Dhikuli range) charging 4 star property rate, would advice to not go on this property with family as it’s mainly for bachelors and boys and they take care them very nicely due to crockrage charges and other benefits they receive fril such customers. No dormitory and food facility for drivers even after we are interested to pay them from our property. Would highly advise to downgrade rating for this property. GM Mr Sumair Chaudhary did not meet me during checkout and resort staff are refraining to share his number as he is like mayor of that particular state !! Very very very bad and disappointing experience. I will never recommend this property to anyone. And last but not the least complimentary breakfasts was very pathetic and they did not started on time. Time was from 8 AM and they started full blown breakfast with all varieties at around 9 AM so we missed so many items as we ate around 8:30 AM

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Tattwa Resort in Jim Corbett. From the moment we arrived, the place was a nightmare. The resort had a foul, musty smell that hit us as soon as we stepped in. It was so unbearable that we almost left right away, but we were stuck. The rooms were no better, with dirty linens and a generally unkempt atmosphere. The bathroom was disgusting, with plumbing issues and stained tiles. The so-called “resort” lacked any of the comfort or luxury one would expect from a place charging these prices. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing our complaints. We couldn’t even enjoy the natural beauty of Jim Corbett because we were so uncomfortable in the resort. To top it off, the food was subpar at best and the overall experience was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else. It was an awful experience from start to finish!

Small rooms ordinary with 5 star tariffs. Washroom smelly. Very bad experience

Stay was good. Cultural programme pertain to uttarakhand culture was very commendable. Good to see this.

The property is located on the main road to dhela gate. The location is very good and easy to reach. Rooms are maintained neat and clean.

We went for a weekend tour to aranya hotel. The overall package was good. With a lot of pros but some cons too 1. Better hotels available at a similar price range. All you need to do is go as a walk-in guest(because of current pandemic situation the occupancy is low) 2. Family room is good. You can have upto 6 people on the room (one double bed in the main room and two double beds in the other) 3. Food is awesome but a bit expensive. 4. Touch far from dhikala gate. 5. Good mobile reception. 6. Wonderful breakfast. 7. Comfortable beds and almost clean bathrooms.

Rooms are spacious and wash room are clean. Hotel has lots of green area and enough parking space

No curtain, no shower knob, stinky room, careless staff, bad room service, tasteless breakfast

There is feel two-star property because no proper activities doing at hotel premises, bedroom service, the room was very small, most expensive compared to a four-star class hotel.

Oaktel Kanan was neat and clean. Well maintained garden and service minded and resourceful staff. Tasty and clean food. Only drawback was the amount of gypsy safari offered was double that of actual rate at which we got easily directly from Rampur safari people.

Overall nice place to stay for a short vacation good ambience, food was good, only problem I had face we have asked for bonfire as my son was after me for it inspite of requested multiple times they denied that is the annoying part of stay overall all good.

Amazing property with decent ambiance. Nice educated staff with professional gesture.
