THE TERRACE by Citrine

The THE TERRACE by Citrine was well maintained and our room ( superior a/c) was very clean and lovely. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They were able to accommodate our 1 hour early checkin. I also opted for a late checkout which was charged ( they had told me upfront so it was fine. South indian items in breakfast spread was very good. My only complaints was that i ordered a veg sandwich thru room service and it was just three slices of bread mostly grilled or toasted on a grill or tava which had charred remnants of a previous toast, few slices of cucumber and tomatoes. No butter no chutney and barely grilled. And the charge was 230. It was barely anything. And the wi fi never worked properly. Otherwise a good place to stay. Padmanabhaswamy temple is just 1. 3 km away. Thampanoor bus stand and trivandrum railway station is 500 mts. Chalai market and maha chips is also within a km if you want to buy spices or chips. And for good veg food options, just walk down to aryaas veg restaurant down the road ( 600 mts). You get great breakfast lunch snacks and coffee

There is little difficulty in reaching property by following google map as it not only leads through narrow roads but also slightly falls short of the exact destination. Hotel is good. Room size was good (suite ac. Price is definitely reasonable given the room quality. Minor issue of insufficient lighting system for shaving, absence of menu card in the room. There is no staff to open the gate when you arrive. No one came forward to take the luggage to the room. However, all the staff members were cordial, pleasing and good mannered. Food was awesome with quite reasonable price. Felt like having home food with no stomach issues. Fresh and healthy food. Breakfast spread though not large but was decent. Whatever option was there for breakfast, all the options were of good quality. Overall experience was excellent. I shall rate 4. 5 out of 5.

Stayed at the 'the terrace' for 4 days. Would definitely come and stay here. The pros: the staff behavior is excellent. Room which i stayed in was spacious, well fitted, modern and classy. The chef engages with you personally which is a nice gesture. The food is reasonably good with a few standout items which i thoroughly enjoyed. Cleanliness is good. Adequate parking was available. Centrally located. The cons: the hot water system needs a lot of improvements. Early mornings and late nights, you don't get any. During the day time, water is lukewarm. This definitely needs to be rectified.

Ambiance was good and the room was spacious. Comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant was also good but the price quoted in the menu was very high spoiling the satisfaction that we had a good food. The combo meal menu kept at the room is reasonable and if go to the restaurant with the same mind set the restaurant manager comes with a different menu with a higher price for the same items. The restaurant manager could have been more friendly in this regard. But for this my stay was comfortable.

We are a group of 8 people who stayed at terrace and the stay was excellent. All the staff are very sweet, and they gave us snacks and special birthday cake for my sons birthday. The rooms are very clean and food is excellent as well. Definitely recommend this to my friends and make sure to visit this place again. Keep up the good work. All my family members have a very positive experience with this THE TERRACE by Citrine and this gave us a great start to our holidays.

We stayed for 2n, the THE TERRACE by Citrine is a boutique one yet has an eye for detail - the rooms are spacious, clean set up, good food and courteous staff. I would recommend it to people if they are looking for markets/railway stn at 3 km radius yet peaceful surrounding. Safe for a family and couple alike. A very minute thing that i would want them to include - good hindi +english channels on tv considering the tourist will come from pan india )

We had a very great time staying in the THE TERRACE by Citrine the terrace. The receptionists were so nice and understanding. They took care of our needs and fulfilled our requests with no delay. Restaurant is great. Good and hygiene food in an affordable rate. The amenities and the staffs are very good, children friendly. I am happy with the stay. Will definitely take the stay again, if ever we visits trivandrum. Thanks for the service and food.

The terrace THE TERRACE by Citrine is situated near the tvm railway station. Our stay was comfortable and the reception + restaurent staff were very cooperative. The restaurent rates are reasonable. The entrance road is bad with a bump to the THE TERRACE by Citrine entrance, where the car bottom may touch the ground. Though the services were good, the cost is on the higher side. An ideal place to stay, if the management can bring down the rates.

Excellent customer service from team

Room was new, neat and alarmingly spacious. Service was too good. Food was delicious, thanks to The great chef. In The middle of The City, it was a lucky find for us. Once we're in, we never felt like going out. Can't wait to experience something like that again.

Stayed for 3 nights at the terrace by citrine. A very good location, easy access to sree padmanabhaswamy temple, pazhavangadi ganapathy temple and attukal bhagavathi temple. Railway station and bus stand nearby. Shopping complexes, eateries also quite close by. The dining facilities at the THE TERRACE by Citrine need improvement. Housekeeping good, facility for chauffeurs also provided. Overall a good experience.

Went for a pilgrimage to tiruvanantpuram and to meet my aged mom. Stay was very pleasant, a particular mention on the cleanliness of the accommodation is it's exemplary food when ordered was tasting superb and liked by all if i have stay again in thiruvananthapuram i will only stay in terrace

Good connectivity, rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Good food, good service give a bit time adjust to the local language

Stay was good at the THE TERRACE by Citrine. Staff was very responsive all the time. Restaurant present in the stay was over priced and very less options of food were available. Stay is very near by the railway station and all means of transport. Overall it's good.

It was wonderful stay here. Clean and hygenic.
