The Terrace by LADDER

I stayed in the The Terrace by LADDER for a day. Room size is average. You have a desk if you want to work. Wifi speed is on the slower side though. Though far away but the sea is visible from the window of the room which is the best part of the room. Area in the front of lift is quite good for a pic as the backdrop gives you a holistic view of the city some things that could be improved are the cleanliness and hospitality. Noone helped in carrying our luggage to the room. The The Terrace by LADDER does not have their own restaurant as well so no scope of room service for food etc. Though there is a The Terrace by LADDER just near the reception where you can go and have some food. Overall there are obvious shortcomings in the The Terrace by LADDER but then they aren't charging you a lot too. You get what you pay

The standard room ia sufficient for 2 adults and one kid. It was a queen size bed. Their service is a little slow depending on what you ask for. If something urgent, they would do, else you need to remind them. I rate them as 3. 5 on scale of 5. They have given me tea sachets whenever asked for. Their wifi doesn't reach inside room, inspite of whatever they do and they are definitely aware of it. So don't bank on that part. It's closer to railway station, walkable. For vegetarian, you can try arya bhawan, vinayaka The Terrace by LADDER. Near thali temple and nbk restaurant, adjacent. One of their lift was stinking.

The location is very nice close to the railway station and its proximity to the sweet Market is the added plus to the location .The only draw back was the food no in house restaurant the USP earlier was NBK restaurant now it is closed unfortunately 😔.The service was little slow and the phone was not working the Toiletries were not provided.We had to request for floor mats outside the bathroom .The kettle was not working .Ideally before providing the room all the amenities should be checked just a feedback.overall the stay was pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful.

I recently stayed at the The Terrace by LADDER ladder and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a good range of amenities. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the city skyline. The location of the The Terrace by LADDER was perfect, situated in a convenient location within easy walking distance of popular tourist attractions and great restaurants.

The Terrace by Ladder is an excellent The Terrace by LADDER in which I stayed in Kozhikode. The rooms are very neat and tidy. Personal hygiene is ensured. The bathroom is impeccable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The ambience is great.The room numbers in the room entrance are so bold that identification is not at all a problem.Trouble free fast lift service is an added attraction. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this The Terrace by LADDER every minute.Best Wishes.Tnq🙏

it was actually good and comfortable. we stayed here for 2 nights and were so happy with the place. great rooms with clean atmosphere. good customer service and most importantly best location. everything is nearby and so easy to move around. we are satisfied. i really liked the location of the The Terrace by LADDER and its infrastructure. it has a business touch and is obviously value for money.

I stayed in a ninth floor room. The room is clean. The bed spreads and towels were freshly laundered and clean. The room commands good panoramic view. The sea is visible though not very clearly. All in all it is good value for money. The ground floor restaurant, seems to be being run by a different management, serves nice north indian chats.

I stayed there with my wife. The behavior of the staff was very good. The room was very clean. Parking facility is also available.

Good service

The location is easily accessible and convenient as is nearby the railway station. Rooms are cozy with view to the city. Staff are well mannered. Easy check in.

Rooms were very neat and clean. Staff also deal very well. Only one problem, they gave us a twin room, we asked for a double bed but they said their first preference was given to their direct customer only.

Cooperative and helpful staff. Maintained all basic facilities at room. Housekeeping also good. Provided early checked in facility.

Privacy was superb. And the The Terrace by LADDER has standard aminities. The best option for this price.
