The Terrace by LADDER,Manjeri

I had made a group booking of 11 rooms for my guests who were visiting malappuram for a wedding. The terrace by ladder team was super supportive to get my requirements in check. The property was well-maintained. Their infinity pool was the major highlight. My guests had an amazing time throughout the stay. The only issue was not having an in-house restaurant/breakfast option in the The Terrace by LADDER,Manjeri itself. They had to order food from nearby The Terrace by LADDER,Manjeris (although there are good restaurants nearby.

Took a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were very neat and spacious and the bathrooms were also very well maintained with all new fittings. The view from the balcony (we were on the 11th floor) was superb. The service was also excellent with courteous staff. The only issue we faced was the low water pressure in the bathrooms. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

Neat and well maintained furnished appartments. It was budget friendly. Adequate parking area available. Staff were friendly. Location wise good as it's in the town and attached to a mall. Good swimming pool in the rooftop. Only problem was that compared to quality of the appartment and service, swimming pool maintenance need a slight improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at terrace by loader in manjeri, and it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The The Terrace by LADDER,Manjeri's terrace offered beautiful views, and the staff were friendly and welcoming overall, i would recommend terrace by loader to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in manjeri

We got best experience there. The service was excellent. The room was clean. We got a spacious space at that rate. The room has got balcony and a kitchen which was nice. And we can also order food from near by The Terrace by LADDER,Manjeri and the menu card has been already given in the room.

It's really good to spend time here, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The views from the rooms are so good. The swimming pool was clean and properly maintained. The staff are so friendly

The stay was delightful. For the rate it was totally worth it. And the view was great. The room was top notch. If i have to stay in that place again i will surely choose the terrace.

Neat and clean rooms. Well furnished rooms and kitchen. Toilets are very clean. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Staff also very friendly.

Beautiful apartment The Terrace by LADDER,Manjeri. Excellent housekeeping. No f&b but it's attached to a mall and great eating joints around. Great place.
