The bedsheet and blanket were dirty, and the room service was terrible. The swimming pool was also unclean, and despite being reminded several times to start the pool filter, no one bothered to do so.

We always maintain extra linen to ensure guest comfort. Please note that during the monsoon season, continuous rainfall can sometimes delay pool cleaning, as the filters require a few hours to completely circulate and purify the water. The property is good with spacious rooms but the services are poor. 1. The restaurant had a limited breakfast buffet and experience felt like eating in a college canteen. 2. Defunct game room 3. No proactive room cleaning

totally non maintained property, dusty stairs, AC and fridge was not working in room and rooms were smelling. We left within an hour.

It was an excellent property to stay with the family. Great experience. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Always there to serve you. I must say that you should stay there. Hotel views was awesome and overall experience was great.

No proper lights in the room, no option for dinner in restaurent, no housekeeping after 9:30 pm and also they asked us to have dinner by 9 pm no kitchen open afterwards so i am very dissatisfied with the services

Apologies for the inconvenience. All rooms have sufficient lighting, but a fused light may have caused the issue Housekeeping operates until 10 PM, and the restaurant serves dinner until 11 PM.

It was not a good stay at all. Rooms were not as per the description. Ac was also not in good condition. You will get another good property as this price. zero network there and also hotel denied to share wifi.

Far approach and badly maintained property

I had booked the highest category room. Outside my room was all dirty area. The bathroom taps were not working properly. Property is 20 minutes inside from the main road. Very difficult approach. Not recommended for old age people. No car parking available inside.

familyLocation of property and outside was good. Problem is they would not provide you basic amenities which was described on mm t that it ll be available in your room. Like, hair dryer, basic bathroom amenities, shower was very bad, bathroom was poorly maintained. Very. Few varieties available in buffet breakfast and lunch. According to price of stay, i ll rate hotel below average.

Rooms and toilets are not very good according to 4 star property. Pool was not clean. Food is like 2 star property and there food price are 7 star property.

Overall a pleasant and decent stay. Staff is cooperative and polite. They are well behaved and courteous. My stay will be memorable. The resort is situated in lush green surroundings and has green lawns inside. Lunch and dinner are better than the complimentary breakfast. Additionally, they should be more prompt in emptying the waste bin in the room and removing the dishes. However, it seems that they allow you to have your privacy and personal space, so they don't disturb. Medicine kit / first aid box was available at the reception, and required medicines are available. Since i was alone i requested to be accommodated with a group for a jungle safari but that was not possible, according to the receptionist. No worries. So far as food is concerned, their dal - tadka is pretty good. Prices of dishes on the menu are a bit on the higher side. Since there aren't prominent sign boards on the main road displaying the directions to the resort, it's a bit difficult initially to find the place. There is zero pollution and a n ambience of serenity and calm which is soothing for the nerves frayed by the hustle bustle of the metropolis. It's a sweet getaway from delhi, i must say at least. Was able to see a peacock, a few monkeys, and some exotic birds. Various sounds of different creatures can be heard from the forest

Except the room, rest everything was bad. Dirty linens, poor room service, insufficient towels, badly maintained pool, average breakfast and so many other things. Only the room, the location and the property were good. Not recommended.
