The Tigress Resort and SPA

I stayed at "The Tigress" for 2 days in June 2016. Hotel is 12 Kms away from Sawai Madhopur Railway station. Auto Fare was Rs. 300. For Auto you can call Mr. Faruk : 9783044488 (Took his permission before sharing the number). He was extremely helpful and took us around sawai madhopur for some sightseeing. Now about the The Tigress Resort and SPA. Is new and beautiful. Rooms are Spacious and clean. Especially, Bathrooms. They are as big as some The Tigress Resort and SPA rooms. Staff were warm, courteous and friendly. Mr. Sher Singhji, Ravindra ji and Mr. Batti Lalo ji deserves a special mention for making our stay memorable. Hotel serves food on roof top, next to swimming pool or "Flavours" that is it's restaurant. Food is good. They can surely improve on the taste and quality. Lalo Maas" and moong Dal halwa were excellent though. Hotel has a swimming pool, spa and gym. Everything is functional and up to the mark. There is a "Toy Room" for children and a Pool/chess room for adults. There was no cultural program while we went. It seems to be there only till 31st May. Best part of the trip was, we spotted a tiger within 5 minutes of entering the zone 3. Zones 2 to 5 are doing good currently. With zone 3, the best of all with over 90% tiger sighting chance. "The Tigress" proved to be lucky. Overall, I would rate 5* to Ambience, Rooms and Staff.

Me and my wife visited this place for a stay of 4 day's. It was an excellent stay and the service you get is commendable, I would like to appreciate the staff there with their names. First of all you enter and you see this clean huge beautiful property with a gentleman standing to receive you with a smiling face Ankit he is always smiling and always there to help you in best possible way then it comes to the amazing room and a clean one fully equipped with all what you need. Then it come to evening tea near pool which is very much refreshing there you are served by Kuldeep a guy who talks a lot to you and is one of most decent person you ever met, at evening you come to bar and served well by Ram Singh, sit out on terrace and enjoy your drinks amazing experience it is, if ask me for ratings then I will rate Ram Singh 1st amongest all, then you have an amazing food in restaurant served by Narpal and Mukesh they take care of you really well whenever you visit restaurant you need not to get up you just think and the item is on your table keep it up guy's. And they all work under there Food and beverages manager sorry I forgot his name he is again a gentleman and listen to you very carefully and resolve each of your problem. We visited Ranthanbore for tiger safari and stayed at The Tigress for couple of nights. We were not lucky for the tiger sighting, but fully satisfied with our stay at the resort! The resort is nicely developed in more than 3 acres with the Spa and swimming pool facilities. The rooms are spacious and tastefully done with very modern washroom facilities. There is small exclusive back garden attached to the rooms on the ground floor. We found all the staff at the resort to be very courteous and helpful. The chef at the resort deserves special complements! Over the couple of days we tried various cuisines and found all the dishes to be very tasty and authentic. Our experience at the Spa was also very good. I would recommend an SUV for the trip as some areas around Ranthanbore are not paved (especially the last 1km leading to the resort) and have stones littered around! There’s excellent auto car washing facility available nearby (4km from resort), which you will need with so much of dust on the roads!

Beyond all normal expectations, caring about small things is what the The Tigress Resort and SPA staff are experts at. And that is what made our 2nights 3days trip memorable at The Tigress. It is exactly what you would be delighted about, the The Tigress Resort and SPA seemed to be experts at. Our game drives in the morning would have been shivering, had they not offered us the blanket while we left. The food during a breakfast would include the dosas, idlis, chhole bhature, puri bhaji, bread and the likes, veg delights, bacon, chickens, milk and cornflakes, fruits, juices and what not! A small suggestion: There should be a doctor on standby or some arrangements with a hospital nearby for medical emergencies. Thank you The Tigress Spa & Resorts for your excellent service. We would be back again.

The The Tigress Resort and SPA is spread in a very large wide spread area.. The suite rooms are in the The Tigress Resort and SPA building and the for the villas you have to walk a bit(but they provide a golf cart) which is really needed in this hot weather... Knowledgeable and courteous staff to help you with your The Tigress Resort and SPA requirements and outdoor activities... Service takes a few points from them as it is slow... Location of the The Tigress Resort and SPA is good as it is very close to the zone 1-5 of reserve (just 15 mins drive)... The only things disappointing in the The Tigress Resort and SPA is lack of activities for the kids and too much bugs which easily crawl into the The Tigress Resort and SPA rooms...

Faced two issues during the stay- Although I booked/paid in advance for 3 safaris, the vehicle didn't show up for the first safari (Although the The Tigress Resort and SPA management willingly re-booked a safari for a new date as compensation), for the second safari some other guests ID was booked as one of the two seats for safari we booked (Although this too was sorted by the The Tigress Resort and SPA management post-intervention). I would rate The Tigress exceptional in facilities, decor, hospitality, courteous staff and can do attitude on solving issues. But responsibly would like the management to focus on detailing on front office/bookings etc. To be able to negate last minute errors, causing inconvenience to travelers.

We stayed for two nights on a Weekend at The Tigress. It is safe to say that this is The best stay we have had so far on any vacation. The property is fabulous with an elegant and regal feel to it and is very well maintained. It's nestled a little away from The main Road which lends it a great sense of exclusivity but we found it easy to navigate using Google maps. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The front desk staff was very helpful in coordinating our safari arrangements. The food and service at The restaurant was great. Overall we had pretty much a perfect stay at The Tigress and combined with The fortunately great tiger sighting during one of our two safaris, it made for a fantastic vacation.

It was a day long stay for us. The property is beautiful and nicely maintained. Pool and spa services are also available. The rooms are spacious too. There were two downsides, we experienced:- (a) the food is just not up to the mark for the amount they charge. This is same for both buffet and a'la carte. (b) the safari charges taken by the The Tigress Resort and SPA for any current bookings are three times the actual price. Fortunately, we managed to get a cheaper deal online. Even though the agents charge more for any current bookings ; but if the The Tigress Resort and SPA can maintain a not so outrageous amount; I think it will be a win for both the management and the guests.

Everything about this The Tigress Resort and SPA is good. Accessibility might be challenge but trust google map for it. Prices on The Tigress Resort and SPA websites are exorbitant but if you can get good deal online, this The Tigress Resort and SPA is recommended!

We stayed for three nights and had a great stay. All staff of different departments are good. Good service and amazing rooms. We were really well taken care by staff by front office and Mr. Manoj. Everything was amazing but only one thing which was not up to the mark was food. It seems head chef is not interested in his work because everyday food had some other problem like more salt in Dale or basic breakfast croissant are like stones difficult to break on serious note. I would suggest people to stay in this The Tigress Resort and SPA if they go to Ranthambore Becz of hospitality of the staff and great rooms and surroundings.

The The Tigress Resort and SPA is one of the most beautiful The Tigress Resort and SPA I have ever visited . Spending time in the The Tigress Resort and SPA itself is an awesome way of spending time . The The Tigress Resort and SPA also arranges for cultural activities which are really great

The location, the property, the staff, the food and the stay, all was good. Property mostly has all the facilities around. Food been served, quality aspects were been properly checked on. We were totally happy with the room. Great property and great people. Manny thanks to The Tigress team for making it memorable for us. Looking forward for our next stay soon.

Well hospitality and good atmosphere. Very clean rooms and room size as per our choice. Service is very good. Food nice location and very good interior, enjoyed a lot in pool and play zone, neat and clean pool and amazing filters.

This The Tigress Resort and SPA is very near to main gate of Ranthambore national park. This is just one year old property. This property have very Spacious room, having all the facilities. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Quality of all the meals served was good.

Clean room, huge bathroom and promt service. The staff is very helpful and gracious. The room also has a big balcony. If you are looking for a peaceful stay this is the place. Also do book Jeep Safari, which can be arranged by The Tigress Resort and SPA or any private agent.

The property is great specially the villas. We got free upgrade to villas. It's bit far from the main road, so it's a perfect place to relax.

First of all, reaching there was a tough job. There was no proper connectivity from the highway. Road was very bad. But finally we reached there. Property is good but their Villas are wonderful. It was totally value for money. Food needs to be improved, staff is very courteous. Overall a good stay

Great Service, supportive staff. Location is quite far from the sanctuary but the resort has all the facilities which one needs to make a trip relaxing and memorable. Food is also good bit expensive but tasty. Overall a property for a relaxing weekend.
