The Trios Hotel

It was an excellent stay overall. I had initially booked a different property and noticed the hygiene of this restaurant from outside. The reception staff is extremely helpful, and the room is spacious and value for money. Room service is also up to the mark; sufficient quantity of food is provided with each order. Even special requests in case of food orders were taken care of. The bathroom was clean and hot water was available. However, one area of improvement could be that the toiletries should be replenished each day rather than waiting for the customer to ask for a refreshed set of toiletries. Regardless, this is one of the best properties that i have stayed at recently and i recommend it.

Location of The Trios Hotel was perfect for my purpose. Room was nee t and clean. Breakfast was ok. I stayed for 2 days with my family. I would have given an excellent rating. But. A small problem. My kids wanted to watch tv at night and the tata sky subscription was not renewed. We informed 4 times to the reception. First 3 times they just acknowledged and didnt show up. 4 th time one guy showed up and took a screenshot of tv and went and same result, didnt come afterwards. I know this is a small problem. But for me, we called them several times and they dont even bother to rectify it. Hope they change these attitudes. Parking area is little conjusted, but its ok. So i have given good rating.

I am staying this The Trios Hotel from they started. But this time i got viral fever and i asked reception to come someone along with me to the hospital. One person came with me with very humble and we went to the hospital and it took me come out 1 hour and that gentleman has paid all expenses in the hospital and i paid that amount next day to The Trios Hotel. Gentleman is the owner of that The Trios Hotel. I never seen this kind of people. They maintain cleanliness and hygiene with ambience. Now i decided to do at-least refer my friends and relatives. Breakfast is too good and easy early check-in could be done if rooms available. Thanks a lot mr. Ranjith sir.

One of the best The Trios Hotels to stay in kochi. We got our rooms booked at a price of 1800 and it was worth every penny. The service was excellent and we had no issues with check in and check out. The rooms are of decent space and not too small. The food varieties for the buffet are limited but it's surely had a good taste. The property is located very close to the main road and you can easily get access to kochi metro, bus station and autos. This is a couple friendly property too.

I've been there in trios The Trios Hotel for 1 day stay and it was a very great experience. The rooms were very clean and hygiene. The staff was very good and delivered all the services on time. The The Trios Hotel is very near to all prime places like shopping centers, restaurants, bus stand, railway station, metro station and beaches. Food at the restaurant was very nice and pine apple juice is a must try here. Overall a very good The Trios Hotel and worth of money.

Arrived early and was check in was smooth. Front desk staff quick and smooth. The location is excellent and the metro (maharaja college close by). The marine drive just a walk away. Mg road 100 metres away and lots of shopping and restaurants there. I enjoyed the stay, bfast was good, and staff very attentive. On the whole i would recommend this The Trios Hotel and will stay again when i visit next. Very highly recommended

The The Trios Hotel is very accessible from main parts of the city. It’s very close to the metro, bus stations, marine drive, square mall, local eateries. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very professional and hospitable. Breakfast spread was nice and food items changed every day. Room service was excellent. Nice The Trios Hotel and very nice staff )

The stay was very comfortable. Despite a genuine property price, the amenities and necessities were well met. The manager and the receptionist made sure that everything was well coordinated. The quality of the food from the restaurant was very good, the staff were cordial and the room was very comfortable. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you trios

Wonderful stay. Good food. Neat and clean. Well behaved staff. I reached 1 hour early and they allowed early check-in.

Nice and confined The Trios Hotel in the city centre, accessible to every land marks. The room was okay and had a nice ambience and staff was polite.

Cooperative staff. Helpful. Excellent location (ernakulam city) clean & hygienic rooms good for family to stay they also provide hot water to drink on request. They also provide iron box on request. What can be improved: one of our ceiling fixture lights fused out during course of the stay.

The The Trios Hotel is good but the only thing we don't like that they didn't allow the driver to get fresh up in the The Trios Hotel pple can come diff places but the driver don't know where to go in that case The Trios Hotel people should show some concern about drivers

Good service with polite staff

This The Trios Hotel trios s is located close to mg road. The place is very clean and the The Trios Hotel is calm and an ideal place for families. The rooms are well maintained. There is a nice restaurant in house. The staffs are very polite and courteous.

Would recommend this The Trios Hotel for people who want to explore city. Nearest metro is just 5 mins walk. There are many shopping centers and restaurants nearby and there is a theater nearby. You can go to lulu shopping mall by metro.

The rooms are not very big but are enough and clean. Hygiene and safety standards also very good. And the The Trios Hotel is located in between maharajas metro station and mg road metro station both in walkable distance.

Situated at mg road the location is good. The food quality at breakfast is average. Service is good. But not suggested for vegetarians.

My stay at trios The Trios Hotel kochi was a good one. It is a new property. Very cosy bed. Overall cleanliness level was very good. House keeping staff did a great job after i decided to stay back for another day.

The place is pretty clean on a 4 star level while the star rating is 3 officially. The staff is very friendly & the rooms are pretty comfortable.
