The property is nice with a good location and the food is also delicious. The stay was hassle free.

Room was not upto the mark and breakfast was terrible we have bad experience

I had booked a Junior Suite, however, I was allotted a Deluxe Room instead. When I requested the suite room, I found that the lighting in the suite was not functioning properly, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the morning breakfast was below expectations. The food quality and taste were not up to the mark, and the variety was also very limited. The location of the property is good and easily accessible, but the overall service experience did not match the standards promised at the time of booking. I would request the management to please ensure proper room allocation, timely maintenance, and improvement in food quality to enhance guest satisfaction.

Room was dirty, the floor was sticky and full of stains. The towels in the bathroom had ants on them. There were no toiletries in the shower area.

finding a location is very difficult who never visited, but hotel team is co-ordinating well. also ther is a network issue where u need to take hotel wifi to connect. landline not working, breakfast on room with minimal options , food was not all that great. but hotel team is polite and co-operative. hence ok for business trip

There was no proper sign board on which floor the hotel is. Staff did not deliver the food item I ordered at night. Room had small cockroches and shower is very small.

Great place and veiw from room is best clean room with hygiene

Hotel is at very good location, rooms are cleaned, for some reasons i felt because of less footfall lot of people are there which doesn’t make it suitable for family. If you’re a bachelor and needed a room with good price and amenities, go for it !! You can find lot of food as it is just above the mall, also at the end of Gurgaon but very near to Yashbhoomi. Overall staff was friendly and everything in room is very cleaned, specially they have mini kitchen which is a very good ad-on

The hotel is just like hell. Very very Very poor maintenance. Corridors smell like shit.

The location is good but finding the hotel is difficult as there is no display board, food only room service amenities and service is good but cleaning can be improved
