The Tulip Chandigarh

Review: The entire washroom was full of fungus, and cockroaches were running all around. The quilt cover was extremely dirty, and overall cleanliness was zero. It was a complete waste of money , very disappointing experience.

property was good and the Best thing about tulip is it's staff the behaviour of the staff was so good they were polite, friendly and respectful in nature.

Rooms are not properly cleaned, smelly and washroom(toilet) not properly flushed. I am not happy with the service. When I booked the room they showed me good images of rooms and other facilities what they provide to us. but, actually its not correct..

Dirtiness and hygiene issue. I can’t slept there due to a big rat in the room suggest to everyone don’t stay there

Firstly they put me in a smaller room than the room shown in the site photos. The owner was so rude when I asked about being given a smaller room and said he will shift me to another room the next morning. Secondly its not a hotel its a Sarai or a local pub/dining which has rooms upstairs and it gets really noisy one cant sleep peacefully. Rooms are small,dingy and old. The room charges are equal to a 4 star hotel but you get a terribly small room with worst stinky toilet. I dont know why this is called a hotel its an old stinking badly maintained rest house. Next day they shifted me to a better room which only proved me right that they charged me for a higher room but gave me a small cheaper one instead. I left the hotel disgusted despite paying for two nights. Will not recommend anyone to stay there ever.

worst hotel, there is no maintenance, terrible stay. The cost is high as for this hotel. very old paint is coming out from the walls, window screens smell very badly. The matter is too bad It is very old there is no cushion at all, I think they brought second hand and placed it in the hotel. worst maintenance by hotel management.. Make my trip have goodwill in the market, I don't know why they are preferring these types of hotels

Its always pleasant to stay here in Hotel The Tulip sector 43 feels like home away from Home Hotel staff is too Gentle ,Professional and Friendly food is also yummy 🌟

The rooms were full of cigarette smoke. Even the changed room was not good with nothing working properly. Personally i would never go back to this place never.

The hotel building is old and rooms are in average condition but the service was good. The staff was ready to help and go extra mile for that.

Place is good, safe, neat and clean. Staff and host is amazing. Food is superb! overall a great experience !

Location is good, food is with good quality & taste, amenities needs improvement. Bathrooms are clean but fixtures are not proper. Service is also good

The room was ok but washroom not that clean, saw cockroches in the washroom they did not even spay hit when asked for it. Also the food ordered did not billed at the time of. Checkout and then they called me and i made the payment to them so error on this part as well

I booked room in this hotel, i checked in and when i went in room the bed was full of small babies of bed bugs, they offered me another room again same story and when i was telling management about these bugs they were saying these are just flies, i made video zooming into these bugs and showed management then the senior managers or someone was there he was like oh this is not our hotel and i made video in front of front desk person because he was called by his team member there is problem you should come. Not even two room all four rooms they showed me were with bugs in mattress. And they were suggesting me to sleep there that they spray hit spray or something. Obviously i didn't stayed there and there is no refund until now for my booking. I have pictures videos too.

The washroom had a very bad smell and also i booked super deluxe room but i guess the room which was offered was the smallest in their entire hotel. Not a good experience. Wont recommend anyone to visit in this hotel for stay.

This is the last time i’ll come to this hotel the reception or manger was behaving so rude please make sure that those people who are staying in the reception has a good manner of treating their guests. Bad experience in this hotel
