Moreover, the in house restaurant is a boon since one doesn't have to step out of either the allotted suite or the THE URBAN STAYS, as the food will be served at the room upon request. Overall the stay promises to deliver the bang for your buck impression and whats noteworthy is how the staff assorts and handles the guests in no time and effortlessly.

This THE URBAN STAYS exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was impeccable, the amenities were superb, and the view was stunning. The bed was so comfortable that i didn't want to get up. The THE URBAN STAYS also offered a complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. This is the best THE URBAN STAYS i have ever stayed at.

It was a good , more specifically average stay. Hygeine and security are fine. I want to express my opinion regarding food. Though breakfast included but options are very very limited, even some basic items also wil not be available most of the time. They should focus on their food dept. Otherwise it was a good stay on an average.

The room was clean, although had a distinguished smell that felt sour. The in house restaurant wasn't on so we had to order from outside. We checked out 1 hour late but were not charged extra. Overall the service was good. *no complimentary water bottle was present.

Staff were supportive. We have requested for early check-in which was arranged with additional cost. Bathroom drainage issue was resolved in an hour. Limited options were available in breakfast.
