Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Square, Udaipur

Service was okay nothing great. Specially water was given later (proper drinking water. They were very picky to give us extra stuff. Each and every stuff had to be told. Second day onward s it was fine. Then they gave us good service. Meals were good but it will be good if they have alternate room for meals at-least for breakfast. Warm water wasn't there every day for bath staff was good. They were prompt. So some areas need improvement and some were good. . Trying to submit my review but it wasn't allowing me to do so

I recently stayed at this Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Square, Udaipur and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a stunning view of the mountains. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that exceeded my expectations. Overall, the combination of excellent service, great food, and a breathtaking view made for a memorable stay.

Very pleasant and hygienic place. The rooms are big and have a micro wave as well. The mall is attached to the Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Square, Udaipur so easy access to eateries and branded outlets. They would do well by enhancing their menu and reduce the price a bit. Also they need to increase the check out time to 1 pm. Manish sharma and ranjit from front office were very accommodating and helpful. Truly a padaro mare desh experience.

The service provided was great and the rooms were cleaned and we have no complaints about the environment. However the food provided for lunch and dinner is very costly. The food was great. We would recommend people travel-ling udaipur should book keys lite lounge

Wonderful stay great hospitality excellent service. Rooms are clean. Outside food allowed. Huge parking mall is just beside to Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Urban Square, Udaipur. Overall experience is very good. Definitely i would suggest to stay over here.

Hospitality is good, clean room and food is testy. But there is a problem in their taxation as they charged their customer on room dining with service tax. Food amount + gst + service tax. On gst how one can charge service tax which is totally wrong.

One of the best property in udaipur for solo as well as for family. The staff and ambience is very awesome. Specially from the reception to the chefs special all is mind blowing. Next time i'll be choosing this property for sure.
