found the property on makemytrip & cousin suggestion at Sanchi.place was nice, clean, hygienic. room was nice, cottage wasn't available for stay. food was excellent, unique taste. recommended after one or two rains, hot as no greenery around.

Rooms are great, but they are missing basic amenities like door mats, furniture like tables are missing, we were in suite room they were big but they were missing central tables door mats and all

We had one day stay at utopia. The exterior of The Utopia Resort is beautiful & interior was clean & hygienic. The room was spacious as well as well furnished. The staff was courteous.

It's a very good, clean, and neat facility. They are maintaining it well. Location is good. Overall food is also delicious. Considering location, pricing looks at higher side.
