The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico

We stayed at Vaishno Devi Sarovar Portico during our visit to holy shrine. Its location is in a calm and cleaner area however only 5-10 minutes drive from railway station and same distance from Banganga gate and NIharika complex. Rooms and property is very clean and well kept. Washrooms are big with all modern amenities; room size is decent but linen and upholstery is clean. What impressed us was their service—everyone is there with smiling face and courteous. You call housekeeping staff at any time and they are there. Food is amazing and rates are very reasonable looking at their star rating. In-room service is also prompt and good, you can order something to eat 24x7. Special thanks to Parmeshwar ji and other staff members for their guidance and support—will stay there next time too and without hesitation it can be recommended to our near and dear.

We stayed at this The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico for 2 days. The staff allotted the room in 2 mins, explained the details, answered queries about the city, and were helpful to take the luggage from the cab to the room. The room was comfortable, well maintained, but a bit smaller than I had expected. The bathroom as also quite small. The room service was excellent. The The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico provided complimentary drop and pick-up from the Vaishnodevi yatra starting point or the helipad as per our booking. We found it very convenient. We had booked the breakfast, and it was good. The variety was decent enough, the spread was Indian, primarily north Indian. They served poori, paratha and tea hot to the table and the taste of everything was good. Overall it was a good experience. Nice The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico and hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment i walked into the lobby, i was struck by the abundance of natural sunlight that filled the entire space. The The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico's design is wonderfully airy, with large windows that not only let in copious amounts of sunshine but also provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff at this The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico truly stand out for their warmth and professionalism. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone i encountered was friendly and eager to assist. Their attention to detail and dedication to making my stay comfortable made all the difference.

The staff, particularly sarita at the front office, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico. Everything about the The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The property is decent but little far from main market. However the The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico provides free pick up and drop service. The not so good part is receiving a call in the morning to wake you up for calling for breakfast. After a tiring walk to vaishno devi temple, one do not like to get woken up out of turn/ plan. When we requested to extend check out time for 1 hour, we were told it can be done on condition of posting a good feedback on makemytrip. Hotel wants to do good but needs more experience.

the only problem I had was I didn't get hot water in bathroom when I need it at night I did tell reception but they were not able to solve it in morning I got it. other than this my was comfortable and excellent room was clean and comfortable view was also good location is also good there is no noise of vehicle's and if you arrive early they will let you have early check in, food was also up to standard I had no problem with food tea was also good staff is also very nice and helpful

It was a smooth check in experience. The room (201) was clean and proper. Mr. Sat-veer singh checked us in and he was extremely helpful with the room upgrade and arranging cabs for us. The complimentary breakfast menu is an area where they can improve. The menu is extremely limited and the service, at least for us, felt slow. However, the room service was a lot better in terms of service and food quality. The staff overall was really helpful. Overall experience - 8/10.

Perfect in-town stay for holy darshan. Simple and good food. Very well connected. Staffed well for medium occupancy. Pick and drop facility available. This property needs a major upliftment if you plan to stay longer. Don’t expect too much of hospitality in suite room.

Really very comfortable and worth stay with family at Sarovar Portico. Few amenities were missing as listed on mmt but The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico had provided us these on request immediately. Staff is really nice and supportive. Food is nice. Request you to pls add some varieties of desserts. Thank you for providing car on our last minute request for railway station drop. All over it was very good experience at Sarovar Portico. Thank you again.

Very good property. The hospitality of the staff here was excellent, be it at reception, housekeeping or restaurant. Especially the restaurant team was extremely polite and hospitable. Manager prahlad was always helpful and accommodating.

Excellent stay. Very quick check in despite we reaching at around midnight. Comfortable room, quick room service and good food too. Very courteous staff

Pick up and drop service for vaishno devi temple darshan was good. Driver and staffs are very co operative nature.

The overall stay is very good. The staff is very corporative, calm. And the service is also good. Special thanks to mr. Sat-veer (receptionist- The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico staff) for making our stay comfortable and helped us on our bookings as well.

Very nice The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico room are very nice and clean satveer singh arrange vip darshan and very humble definitely will stay at sarovar only

Room was good and we were allowed early check in however breakfast buffet is very limited, not tasty and not worth the cost staff was courteous and helpful

The The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico has a pick and drop facility from banganga which is very useful the rooms are a bit small but the matress is 18 inch thick and very comfortable. Room is clean and toilets are nice and clean

Stay and staff both are good and supportive and food is also good value for money near to bus stand and banganga
