Check-in Process: Smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting and professional service. Room Quality: Immaculately clean rooms with beautiful decor and breathtaking views that exceeded expectations. Breakfast: A satisfying morning buffet offering a good variety of options to start the day right. The panoramic views from the rooms were particularly memorable, providing a stunning backdrop to a relaxing getaway. Each morning, waking up to the scenic landscape was a highlight of the trip. While the resort met most expectations, there's always room for minor improvements. However, the overall experience was highly positive and I would recommend this destination to travelers seeking comfort and natural beauty.

Reception and check in at the The Valle by Kondody Hotels was good. The package which i paid was inclusive of the complimentary dinner. There was a confusion regarding that but sorted out. Explanation after checkin to the The Valle by Kondody Hotels was not that great and not bad either. It didn't explain in a customer friendly way, i felt the staff was just completing his duty for the sake of that. But i got proper support later when i had a doubt regarding how to operate the jacuzzi. View from the room is worth in the morning and also in the evening. Mr joshwa was really supportive when reached out for any help.

Amazing experience, great rooms with a mountain view. Staff are so nice and attentive, they take care of your each and every requirement. Food was amazing with lots of variety. It was a gala dinner organised by The Valle by Kondody Hotels for all it guest on christmas eve with live music. Next time when i am visiting, i will stay here only

We enjoyed the stay. In particular the room which was spacious and had the most incredible view from tbe room and balcony. The food was excellent . The staff were very attentive and we felt like we got very personal exclusive attention at reception and in the restaurant.
