The Valle by Kondody Hotels

Reception and check in at the The Valle by Kondody Hotels was good. The package which i paid was inclusive of the complimentary dinner. There was a confusion regarding that but sorted out. Explanation after checkin to the The Valle by Kondody Hotels was not that great and not bad either. It didn't explain in a customer friendly way, i felt the staff was just completing his duty for the sake of that. But i got proper support later when i had a doubt regarding how to operate the jacuzzi. View from the room is worth in the morning and also in the evening. Mr joshwa was really supportive when reached out for any help.

Amazing experience, great rooms with a mountain view. Staff are so nice and attentive, they take care of your each and every requirement. Food was amazing with lots of variety. It was a gala dinner organised by The Valle by Kondody Hotels for all it guest on christmas eve with live music. Next time when i am visiting, i will stay here only

The stay was great. Room was fantastic with amazing views and jacuzzi. Suite room had various amneties like wine and chips. The bathroom was neat and tidy. Service was somewhat okay. Had some issues with the staffs. Need to learn to be more professional.

This is a cozy property that is located juz before munnar town, on aluva-munnar road. Spacious room and balcony. Amneties are good, spacious and good restaurant, cooperative staff. Parking space seemed limited for those who are driving-in
