The Venus Residency

I recently had the pleasure of staying at venues residency, and i must say it was an outstanding experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I want to express my gratitude for accommodating my request for an early check-in. Not only did they allow it, but the process was smooth and hassle-free. The flexibility they showed was truly appreciated and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff at venues residency is incredibly supportive and friendly. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone made me feel welcome and attended to any requests promptly. Their professionalism and warmth made a significant difference in my overall impression. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. I highly recommend venues residency to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating stay. The host is really good, friendly and understands needs and helps with that. Room was optimal compact and decent. Washroom was also clean and tidy. One slight problem is a parking place. If the parking is full (which is small, you will have to park outside property parking. Either in front of neighbour atm or side of the main road which is entrance of property. The good thing about the stay is its near to many eateries and tourist attractions which is very much required. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Thanks to makemytrip and the property host.

The location is good. The property is placed in the main area so everything is easily accessible. The rooms were decent enough for a family to stay. The staff were helpful and attended all the queries. Will surely recommend friends and relatives to stay at this place. It’s bang opposite to the hbh, so it can be located easily. There is hdfc bank atm below the property, so no tension is withdrawing the money.

The rooms were clean and neat and care taker vinod is very helpful in arranging the things. The The Venus Residency is located at main road and other amenities are very near. The balcony view was nice but need to bare the vehicle sound especially in balcony room. Some times it is very disturbing in the mornings. Other than this everything is very good

The stay was excellent. The receptionist was exceptionally cooperative and helped with sharing insights about the places that are worth visiting and gave us all the necessary advices to adhere to while visiting certain areas. Regarding the room, cleanliness was top tier. 24hour hot water etc were available. For the price it was exceptionally good.

The stay was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and assisted us to check in early. Rooms were clean and spacious for our 5 member family. The The Venus Residency is located right beside the main road and markets are available if you can walk 1 -2 km. Restaurants are easily available for all kinds of food. Overall pleasant it was experience.

The room was very clean and spacious enough. The location is in the center of the city, that makes everything closer and accessible. But the same could be a drawback as well in rush hours as the traffic can be heard from the room, although we haven’t faces this issue. The attendant was very nice and helpful. Overall, it was quite a nice stay.

Venues residency in very good room. Any dought and questions cleared in residence person. Decent and neatly in room. But residence identified landmark some confused. This name is more The Venus Residency in ooty. So correct identified name please. Nothing other and safe area, near in busstand, railway station and surrounding tourism place.

Really they stay is so comfortable and the rooms are really clean. Room service are also great where they provided hot water, towel, soaps for the bath. The stay for this amount is really shocking. A pleasant stay.

Room were extremely clean and owner was helpful. Toilets were also clean. Clean bedsheets were provided. Hot water was available. Rooms have balcony too.

The room was spacious, but there wasn't any closet or water already placed inside. There weren't any toiletries in the room and we had to use our own. The owner is quite helpful though and the location of the The Venus Residency is perfect as mostly everything is within walking distance.

Staff (vinod) is helpful. lot of restaurants nearby. drinking hot water available. overall good experience.

The nearest bus stand and you cover ooty's every place. Staff good behaviour, clean rooms, morning roof view is awesome.

I have searched a 3 or 4 resort are costly but venues residency has provided a minimum cost of room for clients it's so good, rooms are have good, well maintaing, thanks
