Cleanliness is the only plus point of this The Viceroy and view. View from room is good. Room service they have to improve. Despite knowing the weather conditions they charge extra amount for room heater. No breakfast added, and drinking water quality is questionable. Guisser is available for hot water only for bath. No coffee tea arrangement no facility available to get the warm water. To go to any place nearby no auto available. Food and all are available in common canteen, food quality at that much price is average. They have to improve their customer service communication. Overall my experience is good.
