The Viceroy Comforts

Hotel review we recently stayed at this The Viceroy Comforts and had a decent overall experience. The location is excellent, being very close to many popular sightseeing places. Despite being near the main road, the The Viceroy Comforts is tucked away just enough to avoid any noise, offering a peaceful stay while still being conveniently accessible. The rooms were spacious and ideal for a family, with enough space even after adding an extra bed for a child. Both the rooms and bathrooms were clean, which added to the comfort of our stay. During our visit, the The Viceroy Comforts was relatively quiet since it was the off-season, about 15 days before the peak tourist period. The restaurant, though large and spacious, offered only a limited fixed menu of 3-4 items. However, we were informed that a full menu is available during the peak season. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. One thing to note is that the hot water supply is centralized and not available 24/7. You need to inform the front desk if you require it, and they promptly arrange for it. Overall, it was a decent stay, though not extraordinary. While we wouldn’t mind staying here again, we would weigh our options, especially if the price is on the higher side, as there could be better alternatives available.

We booked this The Viceroy Comforts based on reviews. And we stayed here for 1 day. AC was good, room was spacious. We had children, and the bed was not as expected. it was small. And the beds were clean, but got back pain because of the smaller size. Parking is good, Location is also good. service is not as expected, There is only one guy who is taking care of all the services. He was really well behaved.

The rooms were spacious clean the only part i didn’t like was the cleanliness of the shower curtains in the bathroom which could have been definitely better.

Very nice to stay with family & service also good.

Pros: a vast attached open space / balcony. Ample parking room size is good enough cons: the restaurant had limited food items and is mostly closed.

It was a pleasant stay with all the facilities provided at a very nominal price. Only issue i found is there is a few tiny cockroaches in the bathroom which need to be take care of by the pest control from property management. Overall with respect to in-house restaurants and other facilities are very good.
