Food is not good. Working peoples are not responding. Hotel maintenance is not good. Totally waste of money.

Housekeeping and cleanliness were average, but an additional cot was provided for my child, which was helpful

1. None answers the calls at reception. i called 12 times, no answer 2. Didn’t even provide soap in my washroom, I kept calling and still no heed. Complained to their GM as well, but infront of her; the reception guy behaved as if I was telling lies.

I have never encountered such appalling hospitality and unhygienic conditions in any hotel before. The photos on MakeMyTrip were highly misleading – they portrayed a lavish, clean environment, but what I experienced was a complete nightmare. Upon arrival, I was given Room No. 304, which was infested with cockroaches. The bedsheets were filthy and clearly not dry-cleaned. There were no complimentary amenities like drinking water or towels. When I brought these serious concerns to the attention of the receptionist, not only did they dismiss me entirely, but they also laughed at me and mocked my complaints. This was beyond unprofessional – it was outright disrespectful and humiliating. It was only after I involved a local friend that they reluctantly agreed to move me to another room on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, the situation there was no better – still dirty, still infested, and still no basic hygiene. Once again, my complaints were met with mockery and complete disregard. I even warned them I would escalate this to the Consumer Court and police, to which they arrogantly replied, “Do whatever you want – we won't do anything.” I repeatedly requested a cancellation and refund of the ₹3500 I had already paid, but they outright refused and tried to silence me by raising their voices. I was eventually pushed into moving to yet another room on the fifth floor, which was still in the same disgusting condition. I had no choice but to stay, as they refused to refund my money. This hotel is a scam. The staff are rude, negligent, and utterly unprofessional. The hygiene is non-existent. No one should ever have to go through what I did. Avoid this place at all costs – I strongly urge MakeMyTrip and relevant authorities to investigate and take strict action..

Horrible condition of hotel rooms. Intercom not working, TV not working, old furniture broken with cockroach moving around,

Room was just nice. Bed head rest giving restless support. Bathroom Fountain not working. No stool to sit in bathroom. Complimentary water and other consumables available on demand. Breakfast hall stinky and very less food choice available

Horrible stay. Rooms are dirty. Curtains stained. Rodents in rooms. No room service post 9pm (can you imagine denying for a plate nd spoon after 9pm ) The basic - Water.. there was no water in the bathroom

Cheated room number 223 is not cleaned our booking room given to somebody store room given to me we came around aroon 10. 45 pm we can not fight him they given like this if i got dust allergy will take responsibility

Old bedsheets pillows. Patched mirrors. Broken cupboards. Flush issue in washroom. No buffet for dinner. Countless issues in 1 visit.

Hotel is very terrible cockroaches in toilet, bed and in wardrobes. Staff service is poor i order for food twice but not received in time and i have to take multiple follow ups. In the end i went to the reception. In morning breakfast while eating i found stone in poha.
