Rooms, food, service everything is top notch. Not one issue did we face while living instead was an extremely pleasant experience. It is located near triveni ghat (hardly a 10-15 min walk. The view may not be scenic but it is inside a residential area hence very peaceful and quiet. It is an excellent option for family stays. Rooms and bathrooms were clean - spic k and span. We were three people hence they put an actual bed for me, i repeat a folding bed (not the regular khaat) not a mattress. So that was really nice. The mattress i wish was a bit more soft but that was fine. Food was very very good. The prices are on the higher side in the prices, but the portions are generous and taste is mild and enjoyable, portions easily suffice for a family of 4 with normal appetite. The service inside the in-house restaurant was very quick and precise. I had breakfast (buffet with multiple options) i took the combined option of a room with 2 meals(breakfast + lunch or dinner. I had a fixed menu but the food is anyways the same. We took an a-la-carte menu one single day. They even provide food in the rooms too if you want.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my parents, wife and children. I can definitely say that it is a beautifully designed and maintained The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and took care of us so well. The room service is top notch. The restaurant is great and we didn't find the need to step out to eat anywhere else. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. Amazing hospitality and great hygiene. I would highly recommend this The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat for anyone visiting rishikesh!

Booked my The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat for Friday and Saturday, being a weekend there is huge rush in the city not to mention the extreme hot weather, thankfully we booked this awesome The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat the Villana, everything here is chick n clean , food in the restaurant is fabulous and service is right up there must say is a wonderful experience, giving five stars 🤗

It’s a lovey clean and neat The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat located at walking distance from ram jhula. Rooms and bed are clean and neat. The restaurant dishes out some yummy food. We had the breakfast inclusive package ( aloo parathas at breakfast) and ala carte at lunch which were made exactly as we required it. Their hyderabadi biryani needs a special mention !

Hotel location is near the old railway station, very far from the places of interest like laxman jhula ram jhula & the ashrams. Had to pay 500- to taxi one way to reach The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat. Food is very good except chinese which totally bland. However was not charged for it as left most of it. Hygiene & safety standards are good.

When we checked in the bathroom of one of our rooms was stinking and when we complaint they changed the room for us. The breakfast is good. Service at restaurant also was good.

Location is good if you are looking near commute place, like bus stand or railway, but if you are looking for views from your window it is 6 out of 10. Food is really good and not too expensive. Hygiene is really good. Only thing they should really improve is to deploy attentive employees on the gate to welcome guests.

Very luxurious The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat. The staff is very friendly. The food is very delicious, and is extremely affordable. The indian breakfast combo is very good here. The The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat is very near to the bus stand, and is very accessible even by public autos in night.

Hotel was quite good and rooms were also spacious and clean. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and the quality of food was excellent and service was also good

I booked vilana during festive season and all other property was booked or they were charging higher amount and i found vilana at affordable price with great service. Kudos
