The Vilana Hotel @ 800m from Triveni Ghat

There's no table lamp in your room. The bathroom is very small The cleanliness is not that good and towels are really bad Staff behaviour is good The shower area is so small that the door doesn't open all the way.

It was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help.My room was spotless, well-furnished.The location was convenient, and all facilities were well-maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is very near Triveni Ghat. Wide road to the hotel. Decent parking available. Valet is missing. Rooms are quiet good. Service is prompt. Manager and staff are very polite and available at every time. Breakfast buffet has limited option that can be understood. Food was awesome.

The ambience is peaceful and calming, making it a perfect getaway. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist. The services are top-notch, and the receptionist was especially kind and welcoming to us. If you want to experience true peace and hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

My stay at The Vilana, Rishikesh, was truly delightful. Its main road location with parking offers excellent accessibility, especially to Triveni Ghat. The food was amazing, flexibly prepared to my preference. Staff were wonderful, and amenities were great. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Manager Uttamji was helpful on executing gpay. Foods option is limited but very nice ans tasty. Rooms and bathrooms were nice as per expectations. The location is good if someone want to go to Triveni Ghat and Haridwar but very far from Tapovan the main happening place in Rishikesh. Going to Tapovan on a week end can take 1 & 1/2 to 2 hrs as compared to 1/2 and hr otherwise due to police changing the route as per their whips and fancies to manage the traffic.

Excellent stay, very helpful staff. Food was very good the chef Jaiprakash was amazing. We were attended by very good people namely upendra bisht and every other 4 people jr and sr. We’re more than courteous to help and making our stay memorable . Location is adequately close to ganga river

The staff is very helpful and polite. My eight month old baby got sick and the hotel staff responded quickly while leading us to the doctor. The rooms have nice interior and give good vibes. hotel location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to triveni ghat. and most importantly the food is so delicious. hotel has a nice restaurant which serve wonderful food

Not a good welcome. Entered the room with a smoky smell, shower was the same. The towels werent even washed it was all smoky, when complained they said we will change the towels. But why werent they cleaned at the first place? when one goes to the shower they cannot be checking if the towels are clean right, they expect that to be true. Its unacceptable. Skin feels itchy now and even my clothes need to be washed but i cannot given the short duration. No wifi had to change the room which was degraded as no other rooms were available. Had to stay in cold for a lot of time as the water took 30 minutes to heat. Not expected from this hotel. I booked after reading good reviews at a high enough price but doesnt feel worth it anymore. I wouldnt recommend. Wifi still not working and no help is being provided by them, their reason is that your phone is the problem. How did wifi connect in our phones earlier then? how did it suddenly stop working?

It was an amazing experience staying at Vilana. The staff is amazing and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. They provide Vedic mineral water bottles complimentary in the rooms. The restaurant is quite good with amazing breakfast options. They also provided us with cab facility on request. There’s ample parking and the view from the rooms is great. Very close to the railway station as well.

Food was excellent as well as room hygiene too. Staff is polite and helpfull.
