Upon your arrival, you requested a Deluxe Room due to a preference for more space. We informed you that an upgrade was possible upon payment of the difference in tariff, which you declined. Despite our team’s polite efforts to accommodate your concerns, the allegations mentioned in your review — including the remarks about the bathroom — were not reported during your stay, nor were they found to be valid during our routine checks. We strive to provide transparent and fair service to all our guests, and our staff — including our front desk — is trained to follow standard hospitality protocols. It is disheartening to see such unsubstantiated claims being made out of dissatisfaction with a booking preference. Though we don’t have an in-house restaurant, we offer food through our own aggregator service, ensuring fresh meals served in-room with proper plating. We regret the tea issue and will address it promptly. We also take pride in employing local residents as part of our effort to support community-based employment. While they may still be learning, we are continuously training them to improve communication and service quality.
