The lack of attention to service is extremely horrible . No one understood how things were run. Firstly no valet parking only mall parking they took the parking ticket , signed and sealed it and did not return it to us on the day we checked out. We couldn’t leave the parking because of that .The room AC temperature was at 26c and it took a whole day to come to 23 which was still too warm. despite multiple calls to the reception housekeeping passed it off maintenance and no one came. The package included a free mini bar that was empty after talking we got complimentary beverages. Again the theme a lot of reminding which made my friends and I . Food was not great salt was less service at the restaurant needs more sincerity for the guests.No one came to take our luggage at the beginning and the end of our stay. The room cleanliness was a saviour.

The property was okay but the staff were so rude and not welcoming at all. I was not at all comfortable. And the restaurant at the top. It’s very quiet and nice

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had – and I regret every bit of booking this place. I had high hopes when I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip, especially since it’s located in a prime area, and I had just purchased a brand new car. But this stay turned into a nightmare the moment I arrived. Their so-called “parking” is a steep, , anddownhill basement ramp with no guard, no security, and absolutely no assistance whatsoever. I was genuinely scared to take my new car down that slope, but since I had already paid, I cautiously tried to enter. The slope was so extreme that my car’s bonnet scraped badly and the paint got ripped off completely. It was on the verge of getting seriously damaged — an accident waiting to happen. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, he was completely unhelpful, rude, and showed zero empathy. His only response was, “We don’t have valet or alternative parking — we can’t help.” No apology, no solution — nothing. This is completely unacceptable. For a hotel charging premium prices and advertising amenities like parking, this is a serious safety hazard. There should at least be someone to guide the vehicles or clear warning signs, which were all missing. Not only did I waste my money, but I also risked damaging my new car — all because of their irresponsible facilities and careless staff. I eventually had to leave without staying, because I couldn’t trust the place or their service. Do not book this hotel. It’s misleading, unsafe, and the staff couldn’t care less about your concerns. Avoid at all costs — especially if you’re traveling by car or expecting basic hospitality.

The staff was very helpful and was very welcoming .. the food was amazing .. except the air conditioning and geyser (which needs to be fixed ) everything was on point

My stay at the Waverly Hotel & Residences was beyond my expectations. I loved the studio room. It was comfy and just perfect. I would love to come back there.

I felt that the hotel did not offer good value for I paid. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable, and the breakfast did not meet expectations in terms of quality and variety. Overall, the experience fell short of what I had anticipated for the price.

The room was great. Location was perfect. The bed is not king size as described, the toilet fittings are old and leaking. The bathroom drains were clogged.
