The Waverly Hotel & Residences

We stayed in the one bedroom residence. The room and view are excellent. The proximity to the malls is good for shopping and general entertainment. The room service was very bad though. We needed milk for our kid at 6 am and had ordered the night before. At 7 am in the morning when the milk had still not arrived i called them and they said that room service is closed - when their room service menu mentioned this for to be available round the clock. On probing further, no one seemed to agree on what the room service timings were - only that we should just go to the restaurant for breakfast. After raising a complaint for this, i was assured to get milk at 6 am from the next day, but the whole thing repeated. Also, when we order from room service, basic cutlery etc would be missing many times - logic being that there are cups and spoons in our room. The quantity of food was very less for punjabi subzis we ordered too - one subzi and dal would barely feed one person!

I stayed at this The Waverly Hotel & Residences for 9 nights and 8 days. I would the hospitality was really nice and staff members were really cooperative and polite as i had to take lot of favours because of my 6 months old daughter with me. Room and property was clean and hygienic. Some minor issues were there but there is nothing in this world is close to perfection. One complaint was they have set up their smoking area just at the entrance (maybe due to ongoing construction work) which was quite uncomfortable for us since we were couple with infant. Good menu but have lot of scope in improvisation but hold quite a variety.

We went for shopping in Bangalore. After searching found Waverly residency. It is very nicely placed between 2 big malls of bang more-or mall and Phoenix. You can peep into mall from within The Hotel. Coming to The Waverly Hotel & Residences-the rooms very big and spacious. You hardly find such spacious rooms in The Waverly Hotel & Residencess with big bathrooms as well The Hotel has retro theme dec or which appear very pleasant. Rooms were clean and nicely done. Breakfast- didn't had very big spread but was good enough. They took personal care to serve hot breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here only.

It was a very comfortable stay. Food in the restaurant was good as well. It's right adjacent to vr mall, same building. Will visit again. Few things for mgmt to take care. There is no sigh board for the The Waverly Hotel & Residences entry which is same as vr mall. So we missed it. And it was difficult to park at the The Waverly Hotel & Residences designated parking space, please put some sigh boards there as well. While exiting we came to know we need to take a stamp from The Waverly Hotel & Residences on the parking t kt as we ll need pay! please take care of letting people know of it.

The The Waverly Hotel & Residences accommodated all our requirements but our room wasn't ready even though we checked in a little later at 2:30 pm. The The Waverly Hotel & Residences can get confusing as it is attached to The mall so information or knowledge of The setup if explained earlier, would have been better. The staff at The front desk could have been more helpful. The staff at Whitefield's arms for breakfast were really nice. The experience was very nice and we even tried the spa services which was excellent. All in all, it was a good experience.

The breakfast menu was tweaked. When we asked for options in The menu card, they informed that The items on the menu card were only available to The walk-in customers and not for The Hotel guests. I found that quite unappealing. Cos I believe we paid so much to get a studio room and I fail to understand y that an mt wasn't included in The lump some room charges. Looked very cheap! Comforters were stained!

The The Waverly Hotel & Residences and rooms are excellent, but the SkyDeck restaurant and roof-top heated pool beats it all. An experience worth taking. Even if you decide not to stay at the The Waverly Hotel & Residences, at the evening time do visit the Alt restaurant & bar on the Sky Deck. It offers a breathtaking view of the city in a relaxed atmosphere to unwind after a day of work.

Room was excellent . Really loved the access card system which gives the guest a sense of control . One can get everything at VR mall . The Waverley simple blends in the mall. Throughout the hustle bustle of 2 major malls . One doesn't hear the cacophony . Such is the tranquility of the rooms . Finally any restaurant aka Whitefield Arms which serves steaks at breakfast is aces in my book

The rooms were very clean and even though we stayed for 1 night, they cleaned the room for us the next morning. The staff was very polite and helpful

Waverly at Bangalore is a great property, very well made originally. Unfortunately, perhaps due to Covid lockdowns and lack of business, it's not so well maintained. But staff is very courteous and did everything to make my stay comfortable.
