They first didn't believe me and i got a "sir, you have to " like i don't know how to run an a/c unit. So the next day i called the guy back, and he looked confused. He'd set it to heat and 30c. Still cold and 20c. Then he showed me how to turn it off. Also, the shower slowly alternated from cool to too hot. This wasn't a "someone flushed the toilet" problem, it was weird. The solution was to just soap, and rinse off when the water was ok. It may have just been my room (605. Tell the front desk it's haunted and maybe you'll do better. The breakfast buffet is great - lots of variety and everything was fresh. I didn't try the "eat india company" dinners; i did eat at the whitefield which was good also. Fantastic location. I had booked a waverly room but since the room was not ready at check in, they upgraded me to a junior suite. This room is big with ample of space. However the room's furnishing seems to be worn out. In addition, the water was never really hot for a relaxing warm shower after a hard day at work. The service was good. Breakfast at eat india company was very average. The options was limited. There is a microbrewery the whitefield company which is good. The room provides all required toiletries, so you do not need to carry any. In addition, there is an iron board and iron. Quiet a few water bottles is also provided. The proximity to vr mall and phoenix mall is an added advantage.

The rooms and amenities are amazing. I was upgraded to studio room as i was staying long for 5 days. This had refrigerator, iron, iron table, working desk, front load washing machine, microwave, induction, washing sinks and chimney. Cleaning was top notch and staff is amazingly courteous. Never had problem with my complimentary mini bar refills everyday as per my package. The rooftop bar and swimming pool is just added bonus for relaxation. The fitness and exercise zone is good for early risers. Complimentary breakfast menu is quite good and on-demand you can get dosa, pancakes, eggs, and other stuff.

This is my go to place whenever i visit bengaluru for office work. My stay at waverly was truly exceptional. From the moment i arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality made me feel welcome. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and mall views. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a delight, especially the diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. The attentive and professional staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I highly recommend waverly for anyone seeking a top-tier The Waverly Hotel & Residences experience.

This is execellent The Waverly Hotel & Residences, one of the important factor is its location attach with two malls. Staff is very cooperative and feel like home stay. Food spread is also standard, enoguh options.
