The West Gate Posada By Summit

I had an amazing stay at West Gate Posada in Darjeeling! The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of flavors that made every meal enjoyable. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming, always ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. The cherry on top was the breathtaking view from the property - it truly captures the beauty of Darjeeling. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Darjeeling!

Hospitality is great. Food is okay okay. Cleanliness is top notch. View is great. That 2 minutes hot water for a full 30 minutes charge of geyser is frustrating, because you can't use that bath tub as the hot water would come only for 2 mins. Then you need another 30 minutes for 2 minutes of hot water, by that time the previous 2 minutes of hot water turns cold. So this becomes an impossible task to fill that bath tub with hot water. Experience is great, must visit.

The rooms were small but cozy. The entire place was clean and beautiful. The view was great one could actually see the himalayan range. They had provided electric blankets. The amenities that were provided for the price were very good. The only drawback was the beds. They were small. It said that it could accommodate 2 adults and a kid but it was small.

Hotel is clean and good view point of kanchenjunga can be seen also they do have wide options of room. Foods is serve fresh. However parking is not available. You have to park outside in the The West Gate Posada By Summit which is common in darjeeling. Room and balcony view points photos

The place was a very well maintained property. The rooms were very classy. Ours the premium rooms with the view had the view of mt. Kachenjunga which was a cherry on the cake. The food was delicious. And the staff was as humble as can be. Overall a really nice experience.

It was an excellent experience. We booked a premium room with balcony. We were warmly welcomed and on-boarded by deva. My wife and i loved the room, enjoyed the view that we had from the balcony as well as the service. The staff interaction was very warm and friendly.

Great heritage place - worth revisiting. On the negative side, food choices can be better

Spacious room and great service. You can see kanchenjunga from the room and have all the facilities. Tea bouquet is one of the best to view kanchenjunga by having darjeeling tea.

Excellent location and excellent hospitality. We stayed for 5 days, had an excellent view of kanchenjungha from the The West Gate Posada By Summit. Will visit again.

The The West Gate Posada By Summit is located in a nice location, you can have a beautiful mount kanchanjanga view. Rooftop tea boutique is also good.

The room the view and the service was amazing. The staffs were cooperative and polite. The food was good and the balcony room had a breathtaking view kf mountain kanchenjunga.

Had a wonderful stay. One of the best property i’ve been to. Staff is courteous and very well-mannered. Highly recommended. Will surely come back again.

Room was good. View was also beautiful. Food was decent. My only suggestion would be they should include complimentary breakfast regardless of package.
