My stay at The Westin was truly wonderful. I visited to celebrate my anniversary, and the staff made the occasion very special. We were upgraded to a larger room at no additional cost, and a cake was also arranged, which added a very personal touch to the celebration. The room offered a beautiful view, the breakfast spread was excellent, and the pool area was very enjoyable. Overall, the entire experience was delightful. A special mention to Shilpa Ambure, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She personally brought us the cake and was extremely warm and helpful throughout our visit.

It’s not the 1st time , i had been here , i just love the vibe when i enter the place but yeah this time around was a bit annoyed at the services at the breakfast but the Manager later called and expressed his concern and apology which i thought was exceptional .

Paid for 3 people by make my trip yet my guest had to pay extra for one person on the counter for the third person due to make my trip's fine print scam. Unbelievable that you book for 3 adults and then are supposed to pay for the 3rd adult again at the hotel.
