The Westin Pune Koregaon Park

We travel-led over the long weekend and stayed for one night as a night halt. From the get go, everything was seamlessly taken care of. I had booked a non smoking twin bed room as that was the option available on mmt, but yogi-ta at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate us in a smoking and king bed room when she got to know of our preference at no extra charge. The room was comfortable, clean and the bathroom was well stocked. We also took spa treatments and that is definitely one of our highlights during the stay. Art i and swapnil were great! but the best part is definitely the breakfast buffet. I don't think any of the other The Westin Pune Koregaon Parks have such a lavish spread. The staff is attentive and makes sure you have everything you need. The location is also great. Definitely staying in westin the next time we are in pune.

A good option for anyone looking to step out during these covid times for a staycation. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and the on call manager, mr. Siddhart gave personal attention for making it special. While upgrades are always nice, it was more of the attitude of the staff that was appreciable. Definitely worth the stay. The food was nice as well though we didn't visit the restaurant, the in room service was good. Location been at koregoan park, one has alot of options to step out for as well, if one wants to.
We were asked to get arogya setu app before check-in over the phone, but no one asked for it during check in. Also temperature check was skipped for my wife, though security did check mine. Over satisfactory situation though

Visited for 1 night and had pleasant experience. Rooms are spacious with all amenities that a luxury The Westin Pune Koregaon Park can offer. You get a medium sized bathtub in the bathroom with special attention to cleanliness and smell. They have many ala-carte restaurants and a main fine dining restaurant 'the market', as we booked for meal-included option with our booking (and i recommend to always go for meal included stay as if you later cost of food in ala-carte in such The Westin Pune Koregaon Parks, it always fits the pocket. Breakfast and dinner spreads were huge and tasty as well. Full marks to chef on maintaining taste at such huge spread in dining.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to several staff within the The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. From then onward s the experience of our trip just got better and better. The all inclusive food was amazing and they provided us with an extensive choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Day or night there is always something for guests to do in my eyes the service and hospitality we received definitely make it a 7 star The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in pune

Booked the twin rooms with breakfast and lunch or dinner. The rooms are clean and spacious. The washroom too is huge with a tub and separate wc and shower. The staff are always masked and there are sanitizers in the lobby. The food was very delicious and the service of the staff in the restaurant was par excellence. Mihir in particular went out of his way and served us with some new dishes. Even the dessert chef (wali) prepared a special cake dessert and an italian tiramisu. It was a great experience.

Me and my husband celebrated our 1st anniversary in this The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. It turned out to be a good choice for us as the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hospitality and room service was very efficient and proactive. The breakfast was too very delicious and has many options. We had dinner at the market buffet, i felt the buffet could have more options in veg and non veg and also in soft drinks. Overall experience was good and the room hygiene was absolutely amazing.

my stay at westin propery was amazing. the service and experience provided by staff was outstanding. specially staff member ms. ameya sonawane was an amazing host. very pleasing and smiling host welcoming every guest. i had made a special request which was not common but she made it possible. i would definitely choose westin for my stay for my future trips to pune. worth giving 5 star rating.. the property location is great, breakfast spread and taste was really good.

This was my first visit in westin pune. They really did up the room well for my husband's birthday, made us feel special. Balloons, cakes, flowers, rose petals and of-course a warm bubble bath. The food was great, we availed in room dining which had lot of options including late night ie 11pm onwards. The complimentary breakfast was great ranging from indian, asian and european options with love counters. Service was prompt, room was neat

Be it washroom, comfy sized bathtubs, interiors or lobby, everything is crafted with luxe ideology.

The room size is relatively bigger compared to other 5 stars and with good amenities. The breakfast spread is also good. Hotel does not allow speakers but the TVs are smart TVs and good enough.

Everything was so stable, calm and beautiful, property and cleanliness is excellent, food was awesome, and staff ! i don’t have words for their hospitality specifically i would like to thank madhuri in making our stay beautiful and making my son’s birthday so special. For everything i would give 10 on 10

We had a good experience with the stay at the The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. However we had a bit of discrepancy while check in it was taken care of the staff in a very professional way.

This is my first time here and i enjoyed the food a lot, even the rooms are really good. It’s really an amazing experience to have with quite reasonable price.

There were sanitizers at east access everywhere and every staff member was vigilant about maintaining social distance. The rooms were absolutely clean and fresh. It was heartening to see that this chain of The Westin Pune Koregaon Parks has kept up with its standards!
