The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa

Pushkar was a bit away from usual destinations jaipur and jodhpur and we were slightly apprehensive at first. But we liked the vibes of the resort at first glance and decided to give it a go! who knew that it would turn out to be our best couple of nights ever in a resort stay in india! placed amid-st the beautiful natural landscape of pushkar, this resort must be one of the 2 main reasons for anyone visiting the place, the other being the obvious pushkar lake. If you come to pushkar, stay in this resort only. Period. Ask why? starting from the first welcome drink, they know what you want and how to make you feel at home. Its not the place but the people that make any stay memorable and worthwhile! everyone working in the resort were so welcoming and helpful. But we have to take a few names. Ms urmila sharma, guest relation manager at the resort is by far the best we have met at any The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa across the world. From managing reception to food to all amenities as well as an ongoing destination wedding, we observed that she had time for each and every need of all the guests. She is a livewire and a real asset to the resort. We will never forget the hospitality benchmark she has set via this property. In the dining, the experienced alok kumar ji and his team especially akash sharma were just terrific. Both alok ji and akash, gave us exemplary attention, providing all the meals customised to our requirements. We usually take less spicy food and the way they customised "laal maas mutton" and "masala pompfret" (yes pomfret in rajasthan, they have it too) to suit our taste buds shall remain unforgettable. They not only served several mouth watering dishes but also told us in detail about the ingredients and history of many rajasthan foods like chicken shekhawati served to us. We were left flabbergasted by their depth of knowledge on all the foods and their ingredients. Words are just not enough for how well we were treated and how enriched we were after talking to them. God bless them and we wish them all the success in life. Coming to the infra in the resort, fortunately we got upgraded to a royal villa with private outdoor pool and it was simply the best room we have stayed till date. Very spacious, neat & clean room as well as pool made our stay memorable. We checked the lower end rooms in the resort and they were equally good only difference being outdoor/indoor pool/presence of bathtub instead of pool. The facilities like horse riding, camel cart and kids play area keep your kids engaged. Gym and spa including a superb jacuzzi gives you all the pamper you need. The resort turns into a colorful abode with all the beautifully arranged lightings, live music etc. The peaceful surroundings of the resort ensure a sound sleep and the misty mornings amid-st the chirping of the birds and cool bridge blowing from the adjoining hills are literally the breathe of fresh air we all need once in a while ! be there once and you will know, coz we are surely, definitely going there again soon !

From the moment my family and i stepped into the westin resort, we were embraced by an atmosphere of warmth and impeccable hospitality that set the tone for an extraordinary stay. The resort’s commitment to exceptional service was evident in every interaction. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, with their attention to detail and eagerness to assist making our experience truly special. A highlight of our stay was the incredible dining experience. Both breakfast and dinner offered a diverse array of delectable options that catered to all our taste buds. The quality of the food, along with the serene dining ambiance, made each meal a delight. A heartfelt thank you goes to mr. Mohit sharma, the guest relation associate, whose humility and dedication shone brightly. His readiness to resolve any issues or provide assistance with just a single call was deeply appreciated. Moreover, the surprise portrait gift we received upon checkout was a touching gesture that added a personal touch to our farewell. Even the smaller details did not go unnoticed - the street sweeper within the resort greeted us with a cheerful 'good morning' during our walks, reflecting the resort's culture of respect and kindness at every level. The resort proved to be a paradise for our kids, offering an array of activities that kept them engaged and full of joy. In summary, our stay at the westin resort was nothing short of remarkable. We will not only recommend it to others but eagerly return for another visit.

Everything was just perfect but there was a big problem. There was no coordination between reception and restaurant. we booked for 3 adults and 1 child for room with breakfast and dinner. In The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa policies it was written that this payment is for 2 adults and 1 child only, for third adult you have to pay at The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa directly. When we reached reception we clearly informed them about the situation and asked them to take the payment for third adult. The lady on the reception said it will be done during checkout. The problem began when we went for dinner, the restaurant staff had no information about the third adult and they were interrupting us during the dinner. I told them the whole story. Next day during breakfast same thing happened again, they did not have any information about third adult so they interrupted us again during breakfast. It was very irritating. One last thing, our room upgraded ( we never asked for it) but during checkout the lady on the reception had no clue about complimentary upgrade and was asking us to pay additional 4000 rs.

We stayed in this property and booked a grand villa since we were 3 adults and one kid. Best part of this room was it has 2 king size beds in one single room. Right from the time of check in till check out the stay was so comfortable. Since we were travelling with a kid everything that we wanted was just a call away. We were amazed with the hospitality abed truly westin always lives upto it. Special mention to urmila sharma who greeted us soo well and was always in connect with us. Apart from regular hospitality she even handed her business card and asked to give a direct call to her in case we need anything. I have never experienced this sort of hospitality before. She was so polite and added a personal touch by giving a small token of gift to my 5 yo daughter. Not even this she also made sure that our stay was exceptional and ensured that eveything was comfortable. Overall we truly enjoyed staying at this property and would definitely like to visit again. We decided to spend last days of 2023 at westin pushkar, so me, my wife and son checked into on a thursday afternoon. Checkin was smooth, and we were dropped to our suite in cute vintage style buggy. As it was year end, they had christmas carnival going on with nice decorations and food including some house special like in-house mulled wine, sangria etc. The resort also has a lot of activities to keep kids engaged like horse riding, camel cart, toy train, cycling, kids room, play area etc, so the kiddo was very well entertained. Food was also very nice and with some special care taken by chef ashwini, we were able to enjoy all our meals. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would love to come back here for sure

We had a wonderful experience. The property is very well maintained with beautiful gardens, luxurious rooms and an elegant swimming pool. Lined with huge gulmohars, the by-lanes of this property are perfect for cycling and morning walks. The entire staff is extremely cordial, welcoming and genuinely concerned. Can’t forget the warm welcome received by mohisin mr tabrez, abhishek tripathi, santosh ji, ms preeti, mr saddam, mr piyush jain, chef ramprasad’s culinary skills made every dish breathtakingly delicious. Their churry chai on camel cart was a very different experience.

We recently stayed at the westin puskar to celebrate our marriage anniversary and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff members were truly outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any needs or requests that we had. Overall, we highly recommend the westin puskar to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, with special praise for the awesome staff members who truly made the experience special. The stay was very pleasant, first of all the rooms are very spacious, the food quality, taste and variety is apt. They offer different activities like cup-cake designing, towel art sessions, pottery making and horse riding and camel carting among others. They also have toy trains to roam inside resort. The usp of the resort is they have plenty number of cycles which u can find at small distance just hop up and hop down wherever you want and explore the beauty of the resort on that cycle. We enjoyed a lot, a must visit for nearby visitors and those coming from far too.

Location and taste of food is really awesome. Although my tea order was delayed but i really thank u urmila, mahesh and her staff jinhone beautifully handle kiya other-than delivery servies all are awesome here

There can not be anything better then Westin … Can book it even without giving second thoughts..the most courteous and humble staaf , best service and the best food ever at a 5 star property…..❤️

The property is an eye candy. Loved the personal theatre and the live music. Proper norms were followed. The staff was at it's best behaviour. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend as well.

I like the stay, food & activities provided by the The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa. Location is good & calm. It's was worth stay in Westin. My kids enjoyed a lot and Weetin team was very good & approachable for any requirement. Recommended location to be 👍

our 4-night stay was a pleasant one. the staff were totally cooperating with us and the ambience of the surrounding was awesome. my only complaint was that the prices of the food menu were overpriced, the brightness of the room really needed to be leveled up and the water kept getting clogged in the sink of the bathroom as well as on the floor.. so, these are the suggestions upon which they should work on, otherwise everything else's of spiffing quality.. no. that's all

Westin is no doubt amazing property, staff was very helpful. Service was very good. Location is difficult to reach but otherwise it was amazing place to relax and enjoy your weekend.
