The Whey Side Homestay | Rooms & Pool

Our stay at whey side homestay was good. The property is located little inside from main road. The approach road to property is not cemented, it's narrow road between the bushes, but vehicles can easily be driven. Google maps helped us reaching the property easily. The property is surrounded by hills and trees all around, very quite and calm atmosphere. There are six cottages. Cottages are big in size, one king size and queen size beds are placed in the cottage, 5-6 people can easily stay in one cottage. Hot water is available in the morning. Host and staff are good and helpful. Homemade food is provided, both veg and non veg. They have local staff for cooking and services. Staff is good and try to resolve the issues to their best efforts. Best part is despite of surrounded by greenery there are no mosquitoes. Property is clean, despite of owner having pet cats and dogs. Few things need improvement. Like swimming pool area, has remains of old chairs lying there. Bathroom flooring is not done. Overall it's good place to spend a quiet time, not much activities to do.

Been here with my office colleagues. Located at a very scenic location. Best place to have me time. Homely meals easy on stomach. Please don’t have a high expectation of a high end resort. This is more of a homestay with the owner staying over there and available all the time. Rooms have a rustic look which transports back to your village. Very friendly pets in the property. Will definitely visit again with my family. ( ps. You can order starters through zomato)

Superb hospitality & staff behaviour excellent and the best part of the trip is homely food and best place to visit and ambiance and cottages are too good as showing on your portal superb deserve paying amount, in short worth spending money on this type of property and places i would recommend this as best place superb liked it. The location is very good and the rooms are very spacious, need some improvement in the lighting in the room as well as the toilet. Food quality was excellent for all the meals including tea. Suggested them using solar power to save on electricity atleast auto switch off stand alone lights for outside illumination

Need to maintain the room temperature. Room was good. Need to maintain the food like village. Bakri and mutton rice.

Beautiful cottages in the heart of lush green mountains. Warm home made meals. Cordial host. Enjoyed time with farm animals. Loved the view from babblers nook

View, ambience, food and everything is good. Prefer for couples as ambience is cozy and surrounded by nature
