It is always a good experience to stay with Radisson and the name itself is sufficient to trust. Only issue I have faced is at reception as last year I have booked room for myself and cancelled it for rescheduling as the trains were running late Upto 20 hours on Punjab route due to farmers agitation. This time I have booked rooms for my family as well and so total 3 rooms were booked. The reception staff was having the details of two recently booked rooms but the one which got rescheduled, details were not available with them. That took around 50 minutes to get resolved and to submit the proofs, mails and WhatsApp conversation with their marking manager who was no doubt very generous and helpful but that experience was not soothing on visitors part because at that time I was having feeling like I am a culprit or trying to stay at The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals without paying. Atleast they could have open the two rooms and let the other guests settle down while I was there at reception desk.

I recently stayed at the White Hotel in Katra with my wife during our Vaishno Devi darshan trip. The The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals exceeded our expectations in every way! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all modern amenities. The staff was super friendly, courteous, and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals's location is perfect, just a short walk from the Katra bus stand and market. The food at the The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals's restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, I highly recommend the White Hotel to anyone visiting Katra for Vaishno Devi darshan. It's a great value for money!

Everything is great about the The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals ambience, staff, and service. But I'm a little disappointed by the restaurant kitchen and chef. As a 5 star property and the Radisson Name didn't find that preparation and taste in late night service. They didn't have an appropriate Chef for late night room service and options for food. Just an Advisory before ordering any particular item for room service, just confirm from the Chef or kitchen that they really know how to prepare that Dish. Because, we ordered just two basic items Chocolate Milk Shake and fresh lime Soda. And the Experience was too bad.

Amenities and Services were Good as well. Staff was friendly.

Rooms are very clean. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Food is also very tasty. Only location is little odd. However, it is value for money.

Good property and managed well. But the interior of the rooms are outdated. They are keeping old staff which is really good but they need to match themselves with the time and be future ready.
