The rooms offer the spectacular view of the great divine kingdom of mata vaishno devise trek and the mesmerising night view with lit up mountain trikut pulling you towards it. We had two rooms booked for four adults and two kids of 7 and 2 years old. Swimming pool is nice and kids love the outdoor area. Cleanliness is well maintained. The two drawbacks which i could point out are the disaster at breakfast buffet with non trained staff not humble and able to cater the people, and kids. The other one that it’s an extensive property little secluded, so they charge 300 rupees one way to drop to the main street lane, though dropping to the beginning point of ma vaishno devise trek is complimentary which all The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals do provide in the area. The staff welcomes you and greets you but i think more efficient people need to be employed at buffet service, it wasn’t too crowded in the off season.

Chief incharge mr. Man-deep from the dining facility is very humble, always available to cooperate with the traveller's adhoc requests. The whole staff from the dining facility is amazing and very humble. The food tastes superb and delicious. I would highly recommend all travellers visiting katra to stay in this The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals for a great experience.

We stayed at the The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals for 2 nights. The staff was polite & helpful. They even allowed for late checkout. Our booking had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast was buffet with a lot of varieties and dinner was a la carte with soup, starters, main course and dessert. Their lotus stem crisps, dal makhani and butter naan were very delicious. The restaurant manager was very nice and eager to serve. Our room was towards the valley, thus, had a beautiful view. The room was clean with all the basic amenities. They provided complimentary cab service to and from the helipad. Overall, it was a great experience. Looking forward to stay there again.

Nice staff, prompt service. The breakfast has a limited spread but whatever is served, it's fresh and healthy. The best part about the The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals stay was swimming pool where we had a great time in the evening.

Housekeeping was ok.There were repairs done in the washroom after complaining.Time for breakfast given to us was 6am to 10am but at 6.30am there was no breakfast ready we were told it is from 7.30am some said 7 am.So kindly guide your staff not to miscommunicate and confuse the guests.Chief Vikram Singh then helped us in getting some breakfast by 6.45am .So grateful to him.Next day when I complained about food being bland and less spicy Chief Rohit said this is how they prepare the buffet and was not ready to understand.So I let it go.But your staff was polite and humble.Thanks.

The The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals is away from the congested main katra city and market which makes the stay quite peaceful for visitors from crowded metro like delhi. The swimming pool and gy. Are also clean but since the The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals is near to forest areas some monkeys roam near the property.

Property is old construction but with good amenities and great hospitality . Breakfast spread was mind blowing and chef rish pal served the best food. 1 time drop is available till yatra starting point. The only minus point is that they are not dropping to main market for which i used to my earlier visits to other The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individualss. They should drop their guests to market also because The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals located in inner circle and there are no cabs/auto facilities.

Nice and clean The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals rooms with adequate facilities and a really nice view out of the window. Food here is slightly on costly side, but doesn’t bother as it tastes good. But the contact no provided here, they never ever going to pick it up.

The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals is big and could do with better amenities ! room wasn’t clean t the entire day ! when i contacted the staff they said we weren’t informed ! first The White Hotel Katra, a member of Radisson Individuals i ever stayed where room cleaning has to be informed rather than being done !

The ambiance, room service, hospitality, etc. Everything was amazing. Not to forget, the view was excellent from the room.
