Pathetic property, badly managed and maintained, stale food, not kid friendly, had multiple accidents due to improper maintenance

Property is located before Kasauli, so you are not in proper Kasauli.. The property had nice interiors but not well maintained. AC was not working on backup. We paid for extra beds but blankets were not provided. The body wash bottles was empty in all bathrooms. Food was not so great. They had a kitchen somewhere else from where they got the food. There was no proper service person who was there full time at the property. For everything, you had to call someone and wait.

Place was super dirty, sofas are dirty stains, foul smell was filled in the room, The swimming pool water was unclean, Even the water the smelling, when we requested to clean it, they said this is the max cleaning we could do. The hanging swing has dirty pillows ang quilt

Facilities are very poor. Food quality is very very bad. Also, no music system provided after sometime TV remote stops working. Owner was saying you are not in the 5 star hotel

The stay was just excellent. Such a beautiful property it was. Most importantly all were so co-operative. Will recommend everyone for this. And will visit here soon. Make my trip has made my life easy for all my bookings at such a reasonable rate

It’s a very nicely and smartly built property with all modern interiors. Pool is real fun, could accommodate 7-8 people easily. Staff and host sachin are really nice people. Food could have been better. You’ll have to keep your voices a little low while partying in the pool or outer area as it’s residential area and it’s pretty quiet too. There was at times at time sewage smell which was bothering us little bit more. Overall, lovely place for a getaway and hangout with friends or family.

Pros - property is beautifully designed. Construction quality is good. Cons - overpriced, poor and slow service, ugly looking surroundings, unprofessional staff, seemed to be the same bed linen which was used by previous guests. Some boys erect volleyball net very close to the pool boundary and create nuisance every evening. Car parking space have high tension wires passing very close-by.

The pool was good overall hospitality and property was good. Bedrooms were neat and clean. Only issue was with the food they cooked. It was not tasty at all. You can consider it a picnic spot and get your own drinks and eatables. I would rate it 6 out of 10.
