It was a good experience staff were very friendly and helpful

Rooms were not neat , no staff around, may not recommend for a family as place wore a deserted look

The property is good but the area is congested, it's like Jama Masjid Area of Delhi which is congested, but the staff is very cooperative and they take care of comfort and provide food from outside

It's too good hotel, staffs are very polite. Its located in main location. Food is also very nice, they maintain hygiene. Comfort stay.

One of the great stay near Gaya railway station. Big rooms, spacious & clean. Food was also good although it was ordered from outside. Situated in market area, approach road is narrow but overall stay was good.

At this price, you can’t ask for a better room. Very high ceiling spacious room, very good toilet, large balcony in the front. Approach road is not a wide road, but you can live with it in places like gaya. Very courteous behaviour from manager hanumanth lal. Extended our stay up to the taxi arrival by two hours. All staff are attentive and well behaved.

Overall good stay. Hotel is bit inside and difficult find for first time. Good option for family stay.

Hotel lotus, has many advantages as well as disadvantage. You can think the hotel as your own home"apna hi ghar samjho" type. If you are in need of a only room with a washroom, and dint have any security concern, this will fit you. But if you are looking for a proper, so called hotel, please dint go there. This stay is basically for event purpose, specially marriages where you get rooms and hall and place for your own catering. The behaviour of the people and stuff were absolutely good. You dint get housekeeping round the clock, however the aunties( maids) comes at around 10 am, and leaves by 5 pm. Till the time they are available, they will do whatever you say. Overall if you order food from outside, and dint need any specific service after 5 pm, and think the hotel like your home, you will have no problem.

Very unclean, no hot water service provided in peak winter season and had to checkout next day with a partial refund provided by owner. Also there was drainage block in bathroom. The care taker baba was a nice person who prepared nice tea and was available to serve anytime of day or night. But very badly maintained place. Would suit someone for wedding purposes stays but do check if all facilities are available before checking in. Honestly felt the owner to be a nice person but he should have been upfront with his lack of facilities.

Staff is very cooperative and location very nice

Rooms were not as per photos. Old, at the same time needs renovation. Mosquitoes were great nuisance. Most of time no person is available at reception to contact.

The staff was super friendly in white lotus gaya. And the hotel premises were neat and clean. Only drawback was their restaurant service was very poor and over charged. Food quality also very poor with tons and tons of spices

the hotel was amazing, with a great location—close to the station and places to eat, yet away from the noise of the city. the rooms were clean, featuring minimalist decor, which i liked very much. the washrooms were good too, exactly as shown in the pictures. overall, my stay was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. i look forward to staying there again. very clean rooms

Excellent new property and each and every staff is helpful. Value for money. Really enjoyed the property as it doesn’t have the city noise pollution. Centrally located with ample parking space

Service is very poor. Only one room service boy is there for entire hotel. Electricity issue, tv is working, food service is not available. Overall experience about this hotel is very poor.

Staff is super helpful. They helped arrange everything for my elderly parents. Neat and clean rooms.
