I absolutely loved Windermere Estate-a beautifully maintained property nestled in a stunning location. Every detail has been so thoughtfully and beautifully executed.It truly evokes the charm of an English countryside retreat. Likewise, the food is absolutely delicious and what makes it even more special is the genuine warmth and joy with which it’s served. I also truly enjoyed their in-house brewed coffee and homemade jam. The Windermere Estate was a warm and memorable place to celebrate my husband's birthday, and from the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with such warmth. The entire Windermere team made every moment truly special and memorable. I’m deeply grateful thank you from the bottom of my heart. A special mention to Akhilesh, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay all the more wonderful.

Ours was a short stay in an estate room surrounded by mesmerizing nature. The property is an old one. Gives immense pleasure throughout the stay.

The location was beautiful, in middle of tea Estate surrounded by beautiful mountains. Food option was very limited, mostly targeted for foreign guests. Since the place was very cold and often raining, there was nothing much we could utilize in property. We had to stay in room for most of the time. TV would have helped to beat the boredom which was also not available

familyWinder e mere offers a serene location with extreme calmness. If you are looking for a place to unwind by being close to nature this is your spot. The view point inside the resort offers good view of the mountains and is a good photospot. Food options are limited but whatever they serve is tasty and fresh. The opportunity for improvement will be considering building a kids area with some activities for children. The staffs are extremely courteous and they make sure that we will be enjoying the stay to the full.

coupleArrived at the winder-mere after a relatively long drive from pollachi. Warm reception on arrival, ultra fast check in. Spacious room with tastefully furnished interiors. Free evening tea and snacks a nice touch. Excellent dinner and sumptuous breakfast. Check out extended without a fuss as i had double booked a videoconference. Cannot wait to revisit with friends.

Pretty little resort. Great views of tea plantation. A little expensive though . Friendly staff . Food variety minimal . Not quite suitable for Indian palate(bland). Beautiful well maintained garden . Friendly gardeners.

A Surreal Trip to the Tea Heaven!

Absolutely perfect! The infinity pool by the tea gardens, the view point with a view of the entire plantation, the staff who arranged an unforgettable trip to Kolukkumalai, the world's highest tea plantation just a surreal trip that I wouldn't forget for a long time!
