Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was quite good. However, I would like to highlight a point that was rather disappointing. We had specifically booked a higher-priced premium cottage, excited about the experience of staying amidst the jungle. Upon arrival, we were informed that these cottages were located quite far (500metres which is troublesome with toddler even with constant to and fro service) from the main property and amenities. While the room itself was comfortable, it was extremely inconvenient to access facilities with a 3-year-old child. As a result, we had to move to a lower-category room within the main property for the sake of convenience. Unfortunately, no compensation or rate adjustment was offered for this downgrade, which felt unfair considering the circumstances. While we chose not to let this issue affect our vacation, I strongly believe the resort should clearly mention on their booking platform that the premium cottages are situated away from the main property. This would help guests make an informed decision before booking.

Comfortable Stay in the Midst of Jungl

Had a pleasant stay at the Windflower resort Bandipur. The cottage had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Food was good - Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Kids spent good time in the Play area. Service staff is very prompt and available all the time. All in all A Great stay in the midst of jungle with all amenities available.

The stay and the room was awesome. The ambience of the room was especially great. Has lots of indoor game and outdoor activities both paid and free of charge. The staff were incredible and courteous. Food was additional plus with buffet type lunch and it was really tasty despite in remote location Could improve a little on the planning of activities. Certain activities you can enjoy only if you stay for 2 days.

We had a very disappointing stay here. The service was careless and unprofessional. The bird-watching activity was a joke — the staff simply told us there were elephants nearby and suggested we walk to the village on our own, with no guidance or safety. The paper bag activity never even started; they just said it was “over for the day.” The room size is good, but the twin bed had a hole in the center, making it very uncomfortable. Toiletry fittings are old and need urgent replacement. The only acceptable part was the food, but that alone cannot make up for such poor service and lack of responsibility.

Entered with a welcome drink, rooms are clean and very spacious. every room will have 2 porticos with chairs for a relaxed feel. The complete property is covered with a huge amount of trees and inside the forest. deers will be inside the property at nights. excellent food and high tea. swimming is very clean and neat. surely will get family again to this property.

We visited here with family which included multiple senior citizens. The experience was really amazing. Amazing food. Beautiful rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Right from food, to bonfire, to the nature walk. Everything was really nice.

It was a peaceful stay for 2 days. But do not expect much from the place, it's just a room in the jungle kind of experience. Good: The staff were nice and service was quick. Food was good so no complaints Place is peaceful and gives u a good jungle vibe Bad: there is nothing to do inside the resort we cannot call it a resort, it's more like jungle lodge the ac constantly disturbed with the noise, technician came and tried but failed. amenities/activities inside are in poor state you can hear everything from the next room, even when u r in the bath bathroom fittings are old and need repair towels were not white bedsheet had holes water heater do not shut automatically pool was not clean not baby friendly I paid per night which did not justify much. if you are with a big group maybe you can have more fun.
