From the moment i arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable haven after a day of a long motorcycle ride. Reached the resort late in the evening, and no thanks to the lady behind google maps, who, for all reason, thought that i drive a all terrain battle tank and can go thru hills, whilst there was a perfectly good tarred road to the resort! the resort staff were extremely polite and hospitable. The room was clean and well appointed. Few observations: 1. Bathroom door was broken and fixed with a temporary latch. A 5* property shouldn't have such workarounds 2. Soaps provided are too small for the soap dish grills, they fall through 3. Some of the plumbing needs attention the place is in the middle of a coffee estate and surrounded by flora and fauna. I could photograph bar-bets and horn-bills right from the balcony. Be careful about monkeys, they are playful. They obviously didn't like me shooing them away since they later had their revenge by putting faeces on the door handle, which the housekeeping staff were helpful in clearing. The restuarant spread is good. The other windflower resort we'd been to, in bangalore, had a larger spread, but that's understandable, considering the remote location. Not sure about the secrecy with alcohol. Do let them know well in advance, else, getting a chilled beer on a warm evening might get to be a challenge. Overall, it was a good trip

We stayed at the property for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is isolated, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Not the resorts fault but i would like to point out that the last 1 km road is really bad. The rooms were really clean (we stayed in the villa rooms) and the staff polite and courteous with excellent service. They even accommodated our request for a room change. The food was great. They have a good breakfast spread. This is definitely a premium property and felt like money well spent. Thanks for our memorable stay

Situated on a small hill top just at an accessible distance from the local town, this is an excellent place to spend your vacation time with your family. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Rooms(i had booked a villa) are clean and the view of the valley from the balcony is breath taking. The spa situated on site is also good. My wife really liked their service and the treatment while i enjoyed the ambience. All around the trails you would see some boards with information about the flora and fauna of the place and if you're patient enough and love to take a casual stroll you might as well witness the elegance of some of the local birds, squirrels and monkeys. I really enjoyed that mix of technology and nature. This is definitely an experience that you must have.

Efficient and courteous staff. Clean and spacious rooms though the bathroom can be made a lil more modern/lively in appearance. Good buffet spread for breakfast and dinner, however, the dinner spread is only over the weekends (fri - sun) i believe. We were there on thursday evening and we had to order ala carte from the very limited venue which lacked local preparations and food was not that great. However, the buffet spread over the next few days made of for it on terms of taste and variety. Due to the heavy rains we were unable to explore the pool, kids play area not the plantation visit. Something to look forward to in our next visit )

We did-not find any precautions which the resort is taking. Guests were roaming without masks didnt see much social distancing been maintained even by The Windflower Resorts & Spa, Vythiri staff. Food was below average. They were serving buffet where dishes were not getting refilled fast. Food had concentrated flavor of black pepper. We travel-led via sulthan bathery and did not find any signages or bill. Boards for this location untill we reached 500mtrs of the destination.

The property is located in the prestine land of chundale, wayanad. The drive to the place is scenic with tea gardens. Post entering the property awaits a rather steep climb to reach the parking lot. Once in, we were welcomed by a warm towel and drink and we proceeded to our room, which was huge and decently done. The food was good and the amenities were okay. The pool is huge and the play area needs improvement, as few items were missing. Overall the stay was memorable one

Pros- 1. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful 2. Room was cleaning and tidy 3. Surrounded by greenery and felt very close to nature cons- food taste was below average, i didn't like a single food item. It was so bland that i started feeling i am some kind of detox diet 2. Menu was very limited, and same thing they were serving everyday during my stay for hi-tea. For non veg the condition was even worse, everyday they just had 2 items in non veg.

It was an awesome experience with courteous staff. The jacuzzi was the main attraction. My family enjoyed the stay to the fullest.

Everything about this resort is nice very decent and well behaved staffs from the manager to the cleaning staff ! very well maintained surroundings and rooms great taste of food safe and secure compound no sound or disturbance from the outside world peaceful nobody forced me to put this review. Just the words from my heart worth the money best for family friends couples or even solo travel

Nice place with open jacuzzi. Food quality and spread could be improved. Staff were really helpful and resounded asap. Dining facilities could be improved.

Excellent rooms and amenities. Good service and service. Only a few rooms have good view as shown pictures but majority do not have that. There are adjacent bushy trees which completely blocks the view and all you can see is the adjacent tree. At-least the adjacent trees can be trimmed/pruned. Other than that everything is excellent. Usp: jacuzzi in the balcony.

Stay was good. Rooms and sheets were clean. Food was decent. Spa was nice, accommodative and professional. Only drawback was the swimming pool. It was unattended, no life guard, no safety. Guests were getting in with their normal cotton clothes, without proper swimming attire.

The property was well maintained and the staff were so welcoming. Had a wonderful time there with family. Highly recommended.

The intercom was not working, so it lead difficult to communicate with staff for any requitements. Swimming pool facility was not available. No hot water in jacuzzi.

One of the most beautiful resorts in wayanad. Completely isolated within the coffee estates and the wild. We had booked a villa with jacuzzi. The view from the balcony, bedroom and the bath was absolutely stunning. Food is pretty basic. That would be because of limited number of guests and to prevent wastage. This is unlike other resorts where there are hoards of people. The spa experience was also very good. Highly recommend this resort.
