The Windsor Castle

Location: centrally located food : we had booked breakfast in our package- it was a buffet breakfast we few choices in each category. Taste wise it was good. Dinner: we order room service, which was expensive, again taste was okay not that great. Amenities: The Windsor Castle had ample of amenities to enjoy. Rooms : the rooms of the The Windsor Castles and the corridors of the room really needs to be updated. The carpet and the curtains were from 50's looks like they were never charged from ages and were smelling very bad. Although the rooms have that rustic charm, they they could upgrade it. Note : if you are planning to book rooms near the lake be aware of the mosquito. Since the water is stagnant there are ample of insects and big size mosquitoes near the lake. Views : amazing view from the The Windsor Castle, you could photo shoot for marriage/ pre-wedding/ baby shower.

It is a beautiful castle. It may not look so from the outside, but when you enter, you will realize that it is. The ambiance outside and inside is very good with a lot of greenery and facility for boating. The rooms are reasonably good. But our room does not have a window view. The windows are frosted up to some height. Maybe removing that gives a better view. On the whole, it is very good. The food in the restaurant is very good and the girls and boys in the restaurant are very pleasing and courteous.

I had a good stay here. They accommodated my early check-in and check out request. Polite staff. A nice place to walk around near the backwater and has an interesting bar restaurant in the middle of water called pirate island. The ac swing was not working and wasn't cooling the whole room. Things that they could improve: a glass or something to keep the tooth brush a pair of disposable slippers would be nice. A bathroom rug overall i would recommend windsor castle

The highlight of The stay was The food and service at The restaurant. Tasty, reasonably priced buffet, and good variety for breakfast. The reception service at check-in was mediocre. Nobody offered helped with The bags. When we asked for someone to help with The tv cable settings, we were promised help but nobody turned up. Overall a good place to stay. The The Windsor Castle abuts a Lake and would have been pleasant, but we had to leave early in The day.

3 days in a suite room - with a very large bedroom with a king-sized bed, 2 sofas and a narrow desk with no leg room under to sit comfortably, plus a living room that I didn't need or use. The rooms and bathroom were large, well covered by the air-conditioning. Toiletries were acceptable, but not fancy. Room vleaning and make up was good. Breakfast was sad, especially the Kerala dishes. Excellent location and ambiance, especially for a family getaway.

Excellent stay. Worth the price. I highly recommend this property to all. The room was very spacious n clean. A good option for work related stays. The view from the room was breathtaking. They are also providing so many activities such as pool access, boat ride etc within the package. That is an add-on. The food was also very tasty and they have a great variety of options. The staff's behaviour was also pleasing. Altogether a great experience.

Windsor castle in kottayam provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The level of service, ambiance, food, and staff attentiveness towards their clients was exceptional. The The Windsor Castle has a convenient location, being close to the city centre. Beautiful ambience, very suitable for all kind of events. I attended a wedding here. The staff is warm and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathrooms are a bit old fashioned, but clean and well maintained. The food is extremely delicious and very reasonably priced. I had an extremely comfortable stay.

Very convenient location to go to 6 divyadesam vishnu temples. Also very close to kumarakom vembanad lake.

Good, decent stay. Stayed for three nights. Pirates club a restraunt and bar is worth visiting. Rooms are tidy and clean

A 55 acre complex, but short of staff. So when you arrive late and you don't find a warm welcome, don't be alarmed, they are just understaffed. They have a limited menu but the chef is good.

Pleasant stay. Amble parking. Conveniently situated in kottayam town. It would be better if live counters available for breakfast.

Rooms were good. And the location, it’s in the city itself can easily get there even if you don’t have own vehicle. Food was also good we had a good stay at windstorm castle.

I Really Enjoyed to stay at Windsor Castle 🏰 I get back more sweet memories in my life. their I enjoyed every movement. Especially Gardening, fishing🎣, and the nature adventures.
