booked delux cottage. room was at good condition. Food was excellent. They are providing kokani style food as well

Resort location is good (sea facing and near to main market road ) and facilities are good however room are decent compared to price.

Food was good. Service was good. Except swimming pool not much amenities are there. It's was average stay.

Since someone recommended this stay, The Woods Homestay became my accommodation for two nights. The Woods Homestay is located on the beach. Even after it is situated on the beach, the only drawback is that this stay has not created an internal access. But one can still reach the beach in 5mins walk. Food is good, but the service is 50-50. The staff twice messed up with my order. Room service are polite. Cottages are decent and clean. The property is well maintained. Overall, I will rate it 4/5

Had a pleasant stay of 2 days. The service was prompt and efficient. Restaurant is good . Specifically the seafood. Hygiene is good. Small issue of minor leakage from window was quickly addressed. Overall very good . Beach view is good.

We had a wonderful experience The woods Resort! The location is absolutely stunning, with a serene sea view that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service exceeded our expectations. All Staff of this resort is very kind and cooperative. Everything was just perfect! The food was a highlight—authentic and incredibly delicious cuisine. If you’re looking to create unforgettable memories, The woods Resort is a must-visit!

Firstly This resort is in Asgoli near the beach so it is far from Guhagar. The AC in our room provided to us was not cooling and hence we had to call the housekeeping repeatedly. It was quite hot outside so we expected them to resolve the issue but all they said was to keep it on and it will get cooled. After keeping it on the room was cool after 3 hours. Bad service. The power kept on disconnecting and battery backup kept on connecting and disconnecting. It was a bad experience for us in the room and we complained about it but they said it keeps on happening here. The food is average and overpriced. The swimming pool was not properly maintained and contained dirt and objects. Overall I will not prefer staying here and no one else should. Consider other options closer to Guhagar as even the beach is not that happening.

First of all, we appreciate that Guhagar now has a new resort of this type. Ambience is good. Location is very nice - may seem far from city center to some. But actually distance wise it’s not too far. I personally found the tariff for the cottages too exorbitant! The service and food are great but it doesn’t make up for the cost otherwise. Some staff members seemed very well trained than others. Pool, poolside showers/toilets were filthy. Overall it’s a hit or miss. Worth visiting once for sure.

Location is remote & beach touch. Professional services & staff. amenities were good. Main pool was not clean though
