I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming the woods homestay The Woods, and i must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. Location: situated right on the beach, the The Woods offers stunning views of the ocean, with easy access to the sandy shores. Whether you're lounging by the pool or strolling along the coast, the location couldn't be more perfect for a relaxing getaway. Accommodation: despite being a 3-star The Woods, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The decor had a beach y vibe, which added to the overall ambiance of the place. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore every morning. Service: the staff at the The Woods were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Amenities: while not as extensive as those at a luxury resort, the The Woods offered all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a view of the ocean. Overall, my experience at this The Woods was thoroughly enjoyable. It's the perfect choice for travelers seeking a peaceful retreat by the sea without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Stayed in deluxe cottage at the resort for 4 nights in the end of Apr 23. Property is located a vit away from the main Guhagar market (4kms). Overall property is still well maintained, pool is clean, food is decent with a pretty elaborate menu. Staff is helpful and will give you good inputs for your local queries. Also they keep a low profile which is good. It has a good beach view and the beach access is a 2 min walk. Very limited options for small kids to play, but the lawn at night can be used for play. Hope the upkeep of property is continued. Open parking means cars usually are super hot in the sun when you need to take them out. Good place for Families or Couples to enjoy their stay. Will definitely visit again.

Enjoyed our stay at the woods! very clean, polite and smiling staff especially snehal at the reception. Cabin is good size, bathroom was clean with all the toiletries. Surrounding is well kept. Restaurant food was ok. The only problem is access to the beach. You have to come out of the property and take an outside road to reach the beach. But still it is a walkable distance of 5 mins. No car is needed to go to beach. Also excellent home cooked sea food, a konkan speciality, is available near this property for a change of taste. Overall very relaxing experience! thank you the woods!

Visited the woods to celebrate hubby's birthday. Was skeptical at first due to cover situation, but all the worries were put to rest once reached the resort. Location of the resort is superb with great view. Rooms are cottage type at distance from each other which is great for social distancing. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is a small bird park which mt kid liked. We really enjoyed of stay. Improvement required is on pool cleanliness and food options(which were limited due to lockdown. We look forward to visit again.

Clean hygienic rooms. Ample parking space. Nice courteous staff. location is excellent with scenic views of beach & sunset. Clean swimming pool where kids can enjoy. Table tennis & snooker available for passing your time in afternoons. The staff in restaurant especially waiters are very young and inexperienced, so you have to be keep your patience. sometimes they can mess up the order. suggestion to Woods management is to hire a manager to manage these boys in restaurant and the things will be fine. food is good. The woods is a premium quality resort located in end of guhagar beach. The stay is comfortable and pleasent. The view of sea is added benefit to resort. Beach is accessible with 5 min walk. One can plan a good vacation here. There is swimming pool and a large garden area. Lot of seating space and natural beauty. The breakfast is good. But other food is very expensive and not upto the mark. Few stray dogs demerit to the property. Enough parking space.

This is the best property in guhagar with beautiful location and serene environment. Staff was humble and responsive. Management resolved the lock issue quickly and were available at all time. Special thanks to rutik and atul for the excellent dinner and breakfast service. They took utmost care while serving the dessert besides the kitchen was closed. I really appreciate the hard work which the team is putting to make the stay worth. Thank you

Good ambience of The Woods. Rooms where clean. Service provided by The Woods was not good due to less number of guests in The Woods. Breakfast taste was good but due to less guests, menu offered for breakfast was very short. Was disappointed by this as cost of The Woods was very high and not felt worthy for its overall service. Even tv set-top box was not recharged prior to visit, staff recharged it after following up for around 6-7 times.

Amazing view 10/10. Its a must visit, room was clean (sunny daze. Breakfast was good too. Beach is just a min away. Overall a very good experience.

The property is about 3. 5 km distant from shri vyadeshwar mandir. Easily accessible. The property is about 3 years old and very well maintained. Food is excellent. They have a good swimming pool. The pool is also kid friendly. A special cordoned portion has a depth of 2 feet.

It was a very awesome stay experience. The view of sea was superb. Location is just right. Rooms were comfortable and food was good. Only thing is that they can add more options to breakfast.

Fantastic place to stay in guhagar, beach is stone throwaway from the resort. Rooms are really good and staff is also supportive. Food is really good. Overall superb experience. It's an unexplored destination so beach wasn't crowded at all.
