Very pathetic service.The property i booked was not the same as i booked.Property owner shared the photos did not matched with the actual property,No power backup as I already mentioned the owner at the time of booking that I have to work my official work from there.No Privacy People were gathered in front of the door .

The rate is very high comparative zero facility. Washroom and room filled with dust, no wifi television. Bed and bedsheet are dirty. Used towel provided.

Hotel is not hotel at all, not even home stay, very dirty property, no amenities, water in taps is coming hot only after switching on geyser, it's just a property to earn money i don't recommend anyone to stay here they don't even give shampoo pouch also

We visited hotel, the venue is different as shown when we tried to enter room upstairs were very dirty. I also checked the hotel there was too much dirty smell of urinal. When i was questing about the poor condition attendant boy called the owner. Ten owner misbehaved and abused us. He even threatened us.

Everything is very fine .the location , ambience is remarkable i booked 3 bhk it was totally worth it. Proper cleanliness 💫 and hospitality was excellent. We were only girls our safety was ensured even we were late they helped us to reach hotel safely .

Stay was amazing at hotel sun pine villa. I stayed here with my family on 05july 2023. It was amazing stay. Everything was so nice the stay was realy 12:05 0 12:01 comfortable like home. Mr. Dinesh ji. He is really an amazing person, so kind & respectful. The complete staff is really cooperative & respectful. The food was very good & service was also very good we enjoyed the stay here

A proper bed can be provided in the second room also as it is charged as a room. Service is good. Morning tea is not provided. Boy's are courteous.

The place is way too dark and away from main places. Staying with family is not recommended. Almost 5 young people so called caretakers stays and makes lot of noise till 2am. Food is way too expensive. Cleanliness is another issue.

Property management was not co operate, kitchen provides with out any amenities. After asking for induction or kettle management ask for 1000rs minimum fir things should include in tariff. Not even the water glasses or tea cups they have. It seems like we booked some locked property. Not worth to spend your money here with woods view.

Location: property's location was around 20 minutes away from kasauli but transportation and connectivity is good. Hotel is situated near a stop 'shuki jhodi' so we can easily reach kasauli from there. Food: food was quite good and satisfactory. I'll surely stay there again if i go to kasauli.

It was at a good location. Close from the main road and also from kasauli site locations. It was bhk kind property. Two rooms, two washrooms and also a balcony and kitchen. Hosts were very polite and nice. If i visit kasauli again this is gonna be my stay location for sure.
