. location of hotel was good with great views . . parking facility was there. . food was great. . room was clean with good support staff. . also has a small store from which we bought local products. got 1 product as complimentary gift also. . overall a great stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the room was thoroughly cleaned before your check-in. The regular next-day cleaning was missed due to an oversight by one of our staff members, which is not our usual standard. We truly regret this lapse. Generally, our service and cleanliness are appreciated by most of our guests, as seen in our other reviews. Unfortunately, a couple of things were missed during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for that. We’ll make sure such things don’t happen again.

We were looking for a peaceful getaway, where we could just enjoy the view and the sunset!! Woodshed turned out to be just perfect! The staff were so kind and helpful, their food- especially the barbecue and pahaadi chicken was delicious!! If you are looking for a peaceful & quality time with your family or friends, this is the place!!!

Room filled with Insects and Spiders. Smelly bathroom. Longer than usual service times. Owner casual about the complaint. Service Staff was prompt and Responsive to complaints. Dirty Linen. Dirty unwashed kettle and room items. Cracked Interior Walls.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points: In hilly areas, occasional spiders are natural, especially in wooden interiors. However, as soon as you reported it, our team promptly removed it. We prepare all food fresh, without using pre-cooked gravies, which sometimes takes a little longer. This focus on fresh preparation is why our food quality is highly praised in guest reviews. Regarding the bathroom, it was cleaned before your check-in. After you mentioned a smell, we immediately resolved it by using a freshener. The linen was clean; you specifically requested to change only the pillow covers, which we promptly replaced. We sincerely apologize for the kettle issue. It was a staff oversight, and we immediately replaced it once informed. Minor cracks in wooden structures are normal due to material behavior over time in mountain weather. Had you requested a room change, we would have gladly arranged it for you. We are proud that 99% of our reviews on Google and MakeMyTrip are positive. A few issues mentioned seem exaggerated, otherwise they would have reflected in other guest experiences too.
