A pure blissful property in the heart of Kochi overseeing the Vembanad lake. If you want the hospitality of your hard earned money's worth, this is the right place to go to. We were served really well right from the check in to check out. Beautiful rooms with all required amenities, friendly and helpful staff, sports, cycling and a lot of positive vibes. Not to miss the dramatic canal that flows through the property reminding you a little of Venice. We were truly pampered with the overall service and the amazing food.

The cleanliness was really disappointing — woke up to find dead cockroaches in the room and bird droppings near the window. The bed sheets were also dirty, which shows poor housekeeping. Breakfast was below average with limited options and not much taste. The location is too interior; even though it’s just around 9 km from town, it takes almost 45 minutes to reach because of the narrow and congested roads. The only good thing here is the staff — they are polite and try their best, but apart from that, nothing else really works.

The location of resort & ambience therein was excellent . The food was sumptuous & very tasty . Would recommend my friends to definitely visit & stay in the resort.

World Backwaters is a luxurious property available at reasonable rates. It is located on the lakeside with an expansive view of the Vembanad Lake. Beautifully maintained rooms which are really big sized and well maintained. The food is delicious and has a lot of variety. Staff is extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. Planning a trip to the back waters, must stay in your itinerary.

Place was really amazing. We had a wonderful stay + savory food + lake view. Speed boat is must try. We enjoyed a lot.

it was really a wonderful experience. I was there for 2 days along with my family and everyone enjoyed a lot whether it was food , hospitality, room cleanliness. . my both kids enjoyed swimming, basketball , archery cycling bad minton and swings. it s 5/5 star from me

A peaceful and tranquil stay with family over two days in Aug 25... excellent amenities and courteous staff helped ensure our every need was met promptly. Family enjoyed kayaking, cycling and swimming, as well as the house-boat cruise. Spacious rooms and delectable food are other highlights of the stay..

Had a great stay at The World Backwaters in Alleppey. The location by Vembanad Lake is amazing, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The property is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities like games and bikes for those who want to stay active. The infinity pool is beautiful, and the food was really tasty. Overall, a wonderful place for a family holiday. Highly recommend!
