The World Backwaters

The property was beautifully placed just beside vembanad lake, and the lake-side cottage we had the view was serene and calm, the experience was almost meditative. The room was spacious and had all modern amenities, and a wooden staircase in the room leading to another balcony on the top. Ms awasthi in the reception helped us to arrange a kayak tour in the lake, with a trainer who represented india in the asian games. That was such a surprise. The dining hall was aesthetically designed, and food was delicious. Overall our stay in the The World Backwaters was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the world backwaters resort. Service was excellent and the place is maintained well. Resort is located nicely in the banks of the vembanad lake in a serene setting. Rooms were spacious and clean. Activities available and amenities provided are really good, will cater for all age groups to have good fun and comfort. Staff were very courteous, took good care of the guests. Food was good and the buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was sumptuous. Thank you the world backwaters team for extending a comfortable and relaxed stay.

It was memorable experience at the World backwaters Resorts with family. Great service. friendly staffs. beautiful scenic location.. Stayed in a villa with private pool. it was neat n clean. well maintained. Food at the restaurant was great.. !! Totally it was a life time memorable experience.. Will come back for sure!!

Property is high class and well maintained. Food was good. Dinner was also good but limited options, long waiting and high prices. But overall the resort was good with nice views, hygiene and good ambience. It is far, 45 minutes, from alleppey making it impossible to return alleppey for another visit to beach etc.

It's a pleasant stay with a lake view room. Felt like staying at home. The buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant menu was costly but quality and quantity wise good. Overall it's for family and kids friendly 4 star resort. Blindly go and enjoy.
