The USP of this hotel is the super friendly and cooperative staff. values and servitude is very evident. Food is delectable. Location wise, not many restaurants or markets around which makes it peaceful. Clean and beautiful pool with a lifeguard present. Despite having to climb the stairs a few times for our orders around the pool area, the staff did it with a smile! Will definitely visit again.

Everything is so fresh about this place. It was worth the price. Food was excellent. Courteous staff. Just the kind of break you can ask for, nothing to worry about. Staff never says no to any of the request. My only suggestion to them is to keep the breakfast open till 11 AM, people are there in Goa for a relaxed vacation, they cannot close the breakfast counter early.

Being an IHCL property the basic expectations were set and glad to know that they were met. Located on the main road leading towards Anjuna, Yellow House is conveniently located with Cafes and Restaurants around walking distance. Property is not a typical large 5 star hotel but a fairly small one which gives a very different vibe similar to boutique hotels. It is cozy yet spacious. It is modern yet maintains the local vibe. It is newly built - which one can see from the room ambience. Good parts - Clean spacious rooms with good bed and excellent shower. It has a decent sized balcony too. No sea views, though you will get tall green trees all over. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. They always welcome you with a smile. Areas of improvement - the breakfast was quite mediocre. Some of the South Indian favorites like Idli ( was cold ) and medu wada ( was very hard ).. Many of the items were repetitive too. On the bright side, tried their Goan Thali and this was absolutely spot on with homely flavours and nothing too spicy or oily. I would definitely come back here - will not let down my breakfast experience as a deal breaker.

The location is good. Amenities are good too. What stands out is the service of the staff. They are so well mannered and attend to your requests with such grace. The front desk team, the house keeping and every member who we interacted with is worth mentioning !
