The Zen Ladakh

Many of the staff were friendly and attentive and others did not acknowledge us. Our room was noisy, in the back of the The Zen Ladakh facing dormitory and deliveries area. Trucks making deliveries woke us starting at 5AM. Our room was not properly cleaned each day. Large accumulations of dust in corners. Our tours were fantastic. The drivers were friendly and prompt. The accounts manager was very helpful in our selection of trips. You have a very nice The Zen Ladakh with many excellent staff. Many of the dining room staff were extremely attentive. You need to work on consistency of the quality of the staff. If they were all as good as your account manager and the best of your dining room you would have one of the best properties in the world. The gardens are very pretty but the hose pipes laying about takes away from the beauty. We will stay with you again and recommend you to our friends, but please work on bringing the consistency of the staff up to that of your best people. You have some excellent stars and others are only average. Thank you for the great stay. Despite the disappointments we were happy to have stayed with you.

The room was quite spacious and the big bathroom had heated flooring (but all rooms may not have heated flooring in bathroom). Wardrobe size is ok for an individual but will be small for a couple/family who would literally have to live out of suitcase but will be fine if the stay is only for a day or two. Room heater was not switched on every day but I preferred not to have the heater on anyway. Air conditioners have been installed in the corridors and dining area and hence it would be possible for heating/cooling common areas. Food was good, though marginally overpriced in my view. Wi-Fi did not work at all and my mobile data connection too was very patchy. Staff was quite helpful and responsive. Out of 5 nights, I was initially planning to try another The Zen Ladakh (more expensive one) for 2 nights but since there was nothing bad overall and the rates were reasonable, I decided extend my stay in Zen Ladakh.

Zenbis situated in the heart of city and is about 15 minutes walking distance from main market. It is a luxury The Zen Ladakh with very good standard of amenities. I stayed in roya suites which is a new construction behind older original The Zen Ladakh. Staff was courteous, prompt and cooperative. Food is tasty and mostly buffet. However they may add some more items to menu to enrich it. The approach to The Zen Ladakh is through a narrow bylane but The Zen Ladakh itself is spacious and sprawling. Overall an excellent The Zen Ladakh with steep tariff.

The The Zen Ladakh room was very good and the interiors were amazing though the cleanliness was not upto the mark and the cleaning staff was not very professional as one would expect from a The Zen Ladakh of this standard. Many leftovers like softdrink bottles from the previous guests were present in the drawers and the cupboards. Also, there were hardly any channels available on tata sky and there was literally no wifi.

I have visited this The Zen Ladakh in the month of February. Despite of being winter season (off season in Leh) The Zen Ladakh provided excellent service in terms of food, 24/7 warm running water, centralized heating. Staff of the The Zen Ladakh is very humble and helpful. Food (we had breakfast and dinner) was amazing. Rooms were specious and comfy. Overall it was great experience after tiring Chadar trek.

Big decent rooms not as expected ... Nice property .. Food was just Awesome ... Initially there was some confusion regarding extra bed, but they sorted out after I refused to pay extra payment as extra bed was mentioned in my voucher. Staff was nice. Nice Swimming pool(may be the only available in any The Zen Ladakh in ladakh ..

Can't overstate the importance of a heated The Zen Ladakh and 24x7 hot running water in the middle of -15 degree celsius winter in Leh after a long trek. Pretty much the entire town shuts down over winter, and the few that are open aren't fully functional so our stay here was unexpectedly luxurious

Good service location is amazing food is delicious hospitality is excellent. Because of high altitude tourists use get sickness lack of oxygen but no need to worry as this The Zen Ladakh has oxygen cylinders to take care of the customers so I suggest you this The Zen Ladakh without any hesitation.

The The Zen Ladakh is one if the best The Zen Ladakh’s I have stayed in. The location, service, hospitality and the food was outstanding. Enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again. Special mention to the GM of the hot who ensured that we had a wonderful time

Amazing stay. Beautiful well maintained property. It has even a heated swimming pool. Food was tasty with lots of options. Staff was polite.

Nice experience good one rooom location and facilities were good. The The Zen Ladakh had centralised heater so even in cool conditions I felt pleasant it was nearby to airport leh the staff was very co operative recommended

Good rooms with excellent facilities, staff is very cooperative. Food is good and is served with warm Welcome by the staff. Approach to The Zen Ladakh is slightly difficult however got compensated with the snow peak mountain view from The Zen Ladakh.
