Clean, Tidy Rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff is humble. Location is near market. A nice place to stay with family.

Room was okay but staff was behaving very odd. No one came for the luggage at the time of check out.Service is poor Not a deserving four star hotel

While the hotel room is fine they do not have the most welcoming ambience. And the most terrible thing, they will refuse you water. The most basic of amenities that no hotel small or big offers, this hotel said they will charge me for water saying only two bottles are complementary. I wonder how the property owner justifies this. I am sure as a hotelier they travel too and what would their reaction be when faced with denial of safe drinking water after paying for the hotel and its services. Terrible

It was a pleasure staying with them. The room was spacious and clean with all basic amenities. The food served according to our wish was delicious and service was nice.

It was a very bad experience. The hotel staff did not even tell us about the breakfast timings and when we went to the buffet for breakfast at 10:30, we were told that it is now chargeable although we booked hotel with breakfast included. Will no recommend to anyone.

Hotel is good. Rooms are spacious. I hooked luxury room with balcony. But same problem here is breakfast. For one night 5K, you minimum expect and deserve a good variety breakfast and when you didn’t get its disappointing. And when you asked something and staff denied it’s more pathetic. So in such hotels I don’t again

Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee while soaking up the sunrise or unwinding with a book in the evening breeze, the balcony truly elevated the experience. The peaceful ambiance combined with the outdoor seating made it a relaxing retreat. I highly recommend this room for a rejuvenating stay!

Being 4 star property there was no refrigator in the room. So no cold water in hot summers. Housekeeping was very bad, there were used bathing towels in the closet from previous guest who stayed in room which were suppose to remove by hotel staff. No extra soap and conditioner was kept. Ac panel was partially working. There are some more but these were the major ones.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the zenith hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. Here's the breakdown: rooms: the rooms at the zenith are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean, which i always appreciate. Staff: the hotel staff were consistently polite and courteous throughout my stay. They were helpful with any questions i had and made me feel welcome. Breakfast: while the breakfast options were decent, i think a coffee machine would be a fantastic addition. Having freshly brewed coffee in the morning would really elevate the breakfast experience. Overall: despite the minor breakfast suggestion, i had a wonderful stay at the zenith hotel. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the friendly staff, made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
