The location is perfect. The building is new. It’s a newly constructed building. The rooms are clean. There is proper toiletries. The apartment is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The person who is attending was very mean. He was very friendly and professional on my own call, they sent the iron, so it was very quick. Also, the service was quick so all good things about this property.

Very disappointed

soloThe room was clean enough and fine, washroom was very small. Check in was not smooth, was disturbed twice after being shown my room because they wouldn’t figure out what information they needed. There was no coffee in the kitchen in the morning and the property was advertised as having power back up but there was no electricity for at least 3 hours on saturday afternoon (when messaging to ask about this, i was ignored. During this time, i was asleep feeling unwell and housekeeping kept knocking on the door to try to get in the room. I requested for a later check out as i was having a bad migraine and i was simply told no. All of these things are very disappointing for the cost of the booking, i don’t feel like anyone really cared about the experience that a guest would have.

Theory 9 khar is the same as the one in bandra only in theory.

Disappointed. Bandra theory 9 is a very different experience. The toilet seat was not clean. The bed sheet had an oil stain or something, and the building is very strange. The shared kitchen space also is super odd. Maybe it’s just the 13th floor where i was. My colleague who was on the 12th floor wasn’t too impressed either. The whole management staff operation was also a bit tardy.

Theory 9 was the best find. The check in was smooth. The rooms were clean and comfy. The snack box was a good surprise. The toiletries provided were top quality. The building is well located and a safe locality. Highly recommend this place.

coupleSo the tv wasn’t working they post showing pictures with netflix but the app wasn’t installed and also the normal cable channels weren’t coming. Usually i like the bandra property but this one is terrible, no coffee machine once i stepped out of the room the kitchen was filled with unwashed dishes and i couldn’t find the coffee machine and also the entire night wasn’t able to sleep because of thin walls and a lot of noise. Really terrible experience

ACCOMODATION AND FOOD/LOCATION

The hotel location is very skimpy with no Prominent Signage on its building. The guest will keep on moving from one end to another to waste his precious time to locate this property. The bathrooms are very small with its door poorly maintained. It does not fit properly and one can see the person from outside. The charges are Exorbitant and does not augur well with its size and decor. There is no Parking Facilities for one’s own car or for that matter Cab on hire. No Intercom to connect with the Reception and one has to literally use own phone to call the attendants. NOT WORTH
