Thirumalai Home Stay - Friendly Living

This is the second stay for our family in this home stay and it was as good as it was the last time. We got what we asked for. Water, additional beds, towels were provided on demand, as most family were bringing these items for their stay. Rooms were neat and clean. Coffee (not free) was good. I would definitely recommend this home stay for others. Thanks to the owner for making good arrangements for the stay!

We booked a family room. It had 2 bedrooms with one attached bathroom and one common, kitchen(no amenities though, and a common hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food is also available at the place, however, we have inform well in advance. The place is in the outskirts of the city. So, its calm and easy to get parking space. The host speaks english, was nice and helped us plan the temple visits.

The rooms were well maintained having kitchen, sofa, bedroom and bathroom. Geyser is available in bathroom. The owner was kind enough to get our water bottles refilled. Parking available at the premise and also road side parking also available. The location has close proximity to swamimalai temple (just 2 km) and many more places in kumbakonam.

This is the second time i am booking my stay here and stay was pleasant as the last time stay. If you want a comfortable stay without food option, then this is go to place. Important thing to note: ask what you need during your stay. If you need towels, extra beds, water bottle, coffee, etc, you need to ask for it.

We booked a family room, the stay was decent and good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Definitely, will book again if we visit kumbakonam next time.
