Pros: 1. Descent Thomas Villa, Hotel and Cottages 2. Descent staff 3. Descent guests in Thomas Villa, Hotel and Cottages 4. Prompt services 5. Good quality breakfasts and meals. 6. Rooms and size are good. Cons: 1. Views are blocked from rooms because too many buildings side by side. 2. Food good but daily similar breakfast items and daily paneer curry in meals 3. Hair dryer you need to ask each time; they should provide proactively as it’s mentioned in items. 4. Ensure bathroom slopes for water. 5. Heater charges 250-300/- per day. This should have been mentioned while booking.

the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Besides that the service was great. My wife got a food poisoning and the staff ( a man named Rampal sir)of the Thomas Villa, Hotel and Cottages went with us to the hospital in the middle of the night. they're very humble and kind and do their best for their guests. I recommend this place

Nice Thomas Villa, Hotel and Cottages but in breakfast always puri and subji not bread butter and all its chargebul in my experience all over in india in breakfast breads and butter also available so it's noticeable

Overall stay was good but as we have booked a super deluxe room. At the moment we have reached Thomas Villa, Hotel and Cottages they don't had the availablity of any super deluxe rooms.

Food and services were very good. Location was little away from city, but that may look good to others as it is quite near to mountains.

It was a nice experience, well maintained property , hygienic and clean ambience.The staff is cooperative, breakfast served is tasty

It was over-all good. Though their sinks were cracked and the taps won't completely shut other than these issues, other services and food quality were good.

Booked through make May trip. Location is bit problematic, due to no proper road for 500MTR. Very congested road.We stayed 3 nights, we had very comfortable stay. Room is big and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Thomas villa. We stayed here for 5 nights and were absolutely satisfied by their service. Staff was cordial and polite. Rooms were spacious. Food was good.
