A family trip of two people,me & my brother. Neatly maintained & hygienic rooms & friendly property manager. There is still room for improvement, such as a clean mirror,untorn linen,polythene cover inside dustbins to remove keep wastes Thanks Sunil, for his friendly attitude towards patrons .

The stay was value for money. The room did not have a fridge but the homestay had one in the kitchen. The stay is very close to Palolem beach and is very peaceful.

Good budget choice for palolem

Great location. Food and taxi/tuktuks available just a few metres away. No power cuts while i stayed here, but at the other end of palolem i had frequent cuts. Wifi wasn't reliable, and room wasn't mosquito proof but all else good. Hot water. Comfy bed, good aircon. The toilet geyser had the highest water pressure i've experienced so far, it almost tore me a new one! i did tape the window gaps to keep out the mosquitos and forgot to remove when i left, so apologies for that.

familyIt was really good experience like home. You have the access to kitchen. Staff is really nice and very helpful. It was election time in goa and liquor shops were closed and they still helped us to get the beers. Feel free book this guest house and trust me you won’t regret it.
