Tiaraa Hotels and Resorts Manali

Property was stunning. Hospitality was even better. Apart from the obviously good food stated by many in the comments, for me the highlight was the staff of Tiaraa. The kitchen was extremely accommodating to dietary preferences like jain food. Special shoutout to Mr Altmash, Mr Pawan Thakur and Ms Ruksar. When our car got stuck at the atal tunnel due to heavy snowfall and black ice, the management Mr Praveen and Mr Ajay Rajput went above and beyond to help us. Giving us constant updates and coordinating with the right people for us. Day or night, everyone was ready to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. The top notch cleanliness was just cherry on the cake.

I have got my room as booked exactly at mountain facing with superb balcony Staff - excellent -5/5 Services -4/5 Property -5/5 Food-3/5. Location 5/5 Location access-3/5 - Bit congested road during peak hours.othewise awesome location. Staff and reception behaviour -5/5. Improvement Food - breakfast / dinner improvement needed. Entertainment event at evenings at front area. Tea / coffee coffe day automatic machine should be there.. Extra bed quality should be improved. Otherwise ok

Extending a few hours depends on the flight is impossible. Especially rahul, strict with the money. Ankita and there are a few really like to help. Moreover they run with interns of Tiaraa Hotels and Resorts Manali management students, hence kitchen and hospitality was good. In total, the stay is good.

We had an amazing experience staying at tiara a resorts. Our room had a scenic view to enjoy. We loved the breakfast and dinner buffet. Our overall stay was pleasant however room service is an area of improvement. We had to ask for things twice and house keeping services were not up to mark some days.

Yes indeed, we had an excellent stay at tiaraa with amazing food, and outstanding hospitality specially the restaurant staff. Great work by altamash, avik, rahul, and rahul chetri. Actual 5 star standards being showcased by team tiaraa. Highly recommended.

Welcoming staff, beautiful property with all amenities. Loved it! Rooms were very pretty with an amazing view, booked rohtang valley executive room, had an amazing view of the valley , room had all necessities and was pretty and bful.

Stay and hospitality at yhe property is fantastic however the food quality and the variety needs a lot of improvement being a five star property we do expect better food including bakery station in the food counters

Our stay was extremely great over there, and the services were excellent. The staff was great and welcoming too, apart from that the rooms and the overall property was beautiful.

Hotel is close to city and mall road. Views are great from the Tiaraa Hotels and Resorts Manali. Staffs are very polite and good.

Property is excellent, with great views, the buffet dinner is also fantastic. Service of staff is good. Needs to have more engaging activities for families with kids.
